MTF Finance - Mt Maunganui Avis 

Found Vicky very rude, as soon as I said I have conditional finance approved from a bank, she immediately went, ok, i'll close this application, no asking first. I applied with them after approval from the other institution because initially I would have rathered had finance with MTF, having dealt with them for a company I worked for previously, but after spoken to this lady, I wouldn't bother now. Still being nit picky with individual spends, ie after pay, which I use as I don't have any credit cards, loans or other finance, I use it to spread out my outgoings, but clearly as my balance was still over $2000 when these go out, you can see I don't use them because I can't afford otherwise. I also have extra income not declared as was only one space for income on their forms, this didn't help her either. The $2000 sitting in the main account was also not good enough to show I have enough money to pay a weekly loan, nor a decent weekly income with minimal outgoings. But over all, if her attitude was nicer and it was still a no, that would have been fine. But her rude attitude, really was upsetting. I don't get why they bother to ring to query expenses when she told me the answer was already no I didn't meet requirements for them. Just being nosey then?? Also took days to get any response at all, which was a text asking me to ring back. I think she must have been in a bad mood & decided to take out on me, as she really was very rude, almost arrogant.

Always helpful, easy to deal with and the team makes the whole transaction a smooth process. Have teamed up with MTF - Mt Maunganui a number of times and referred others on to them because I know that they will get looked after.

I never have any issues such friendly service and vicky is amazing at what she does.
