My request was outside normal processes so I was directed to the team that could accomodate my needs/request.
The whole process was thoroughly explained and further backed with email.
Online process was user friendly.
Appreciate the prompt responses.
Stress free for me because from my first point of contact, I was rest assured that my request would be taken care of🤗🤗👊
