WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Call center and Complaints department are equally worst
I have booked a return flight from London to Delhi and On my return flight on 5th Jan, I have also booked another flight under for my family Ticket booking was done on 7th of July and in mid September I was told that on my return flight the connection time is 50 min and It should not be less than 1 hour. But this ticket was booked by there system, If this trip was not possible then this flight option shouldn’t have been given.
After 25th Sep I have been calling call center every 5 - 10 days and the guys on the other side of the phone keep telling me that issue is been looked into, please call us in 5 - 10 days. If I ever ask to talk to the supervisor or manager then either they say
’Supervisor is Busy’,
‘Supervisor is away’,
‘Supervisor work in other shift’,
‘Supervisor is on a break’.
or worst was they put my call on hold for half an hour and then it got disconnected. Sometimes they give me advice as there is some in my travel time so they don’t think it's urgent.
When you want to go on Holiday you want to be in a happy mood, but I am very stressed as I don’t know what will happen if I go to India, how will I come back as don’t have a confirmed return ticket. I have taken office leave till 5th and my sons' school are starting from 6th. My worst nightmare is getting stuck on an airport with my 6-month son, how will we feed him, he might get restless. I am getting through the immense stress of these things, and my tickets not getting sorted. All I have is a number to call and get an assurance that call after a few days. I am sure rebooking a convenient flight cannot take months.
I have raised a complaint with the complaint department on 12th Nov, they have been equally incompetent in solving anything. I can’t believe that some company can be that WORST. If my tickets are not sorted I will make sure them to take legal action against all the troubles I have gone through.
