Najgori brend vodećeg telekomunikacionog operatora u Srbiji. Mi inače plaćamo avans da bi se računi pokrili 4-6 mjeseci unaprijed jer nismo često u Beogradu. Za 1500 rsd (€10) su napravili čitavu frku, ukinuli ugovor, i nisu izašli u susret čovjeku od 89 godina (moj ujak) Sramota samo za deset eura. Nije ih briga za korisnike nego samo pare
Nikad ne potpisuj ugovor s njima.
Terrible internet — it keeps dropping all the time!
We chose BeotelNet to get away from mts because of bad past experiences. Everything worked perfectly until Telekom quietly and without transparency took over BeotelNet. Since then — with no proper communication to customers — the internet service has become awful: most of the time there is no connection at all, and when it does work, the signal is very weak. Half of the TV channels are missing as well.
najgori ubedljivo operater u Srbiji. Ne bih ga preporucila ni neprijatelju. Uz najgoru opremu koju koriste, oni svoje klijente potkradaju, volšebno podižući visine računa, bez obrazloženja. To je državna firma pod čizmom režima, tako da ovakvi jajarski potezi uopšte ne treba da nas iznenađuju. Da mogu, ocenila bih ih nulom.
veoma los service. kad treba da se plati su brzi nego svi. kad imaju problema nista ne rade. ides u sop vaznije je da se dopise sa nekim nego da radi svoj poso. postali najgori :(

My experience with both MTS mobility and home internet has been terrible. The data on my phone doesn’t work half the time, my texts bounce back and it’s soooooo slowwww when it does work. Our internet net plan was a great deal until we moved. They had a lesser plan, and the monthly fee increased.
Customer service is not very helpful, and don’t really seem to know what they’re doing. We waited 3 days for a call back and all they could suggest was restart it (which I’ve done repeatedly) or try the SIM card in a different phone.
Would not recommend.

Vecno se ceka na operatera u call centru. Ne ormalno se povecavaju troskovi tarife za iste usluge pod izgovorom da se dobija vise interneta. Treba napraviti personalizovanu ponudi u odnosu na to kakve potrebe ima korisnik- pogovoto dugogodisnji, ja sam u mts-u 22 godine...

Call center keeps you waiting for hours, puts you through to someone, only to have them hang up on you MULTIPLE times.
They don't respond to emails for WEEKS. Not even to users with soon to be expiring contracts.
They keep increasing their pricing and not respecting contracts. I signed a contract which stated that i pay 50% of the package for 2 years. They kept increasing the price in the meantime so it came up to be much higher than signed.. and then they started charging me for the full package for two months with no notice or right. Any attempt to communicate or complain has been ignored
Thieves with absolutely no support. Would never recommend
Go to them only if you want to be disappointed, disrespected and have terrible service full of lies. Choose any other company.
On 21/02/2025), after trying to register the sim card TWICE, your AI-enabled system denied the registration, after storing a photo of myself and a copy of my ID.
- On 22/02/2025, I called you four different times and emailed you once. During my telephone conversations, all of your representatives were unable to explain why the registration was declined. They said someone would call back.
- On 23/02/2025, your representative call advising that I would need to go into a store, disregarding the inconvenience of being unable to access the PREPAID internet.
- On 25/02/2025, I went into your store in Subotica, and one of the male reps at the store tried to register the sim card, and the system declined registration again. He advised that I would need a Serbian ID for a TOURIST SIM CARD, which is utterly laughable. Tourists normally don't have Serbian ID's.
Your rep said that he had sent an email to your head office, and that you would either register or refund the sim card.
While I was in Subotica, it took me 5 minutes to buy and register a sim card with a different provider, with the exact same ID that your AI-based system fails to register.
- On 28/02/2025, I returned to the same store, and the same rep told me that he hadn't received a response from your head office.
As you are wasting my time, I will be now forwarding a complaint to Rattel, and will put my lawyer on notice for a civil lawsuit for a full refund of this purchase plus damages. And I will never use your services again.
For a country that employs most of its active workforce in the service industry, it is amazing how incompetent they really are. Bad karma coming your way!
Najgori servis do sada, vec dugo godina silom prilika koristim njihove usluge, poslednje sto su uradili je preterano.
Povecali su cenu mesecnog placanja sa 3800 dinara na 4500 dinara, za internet i tv, bukvalno se nista nije promenilo speed.test idalje pokazuje istu brzinu.
Ovo su uradili bez prethodne najave o poskupljenju.
Poslali su sms poruku sa uputstvima za placanje racuna kao i svakog meseca, i samo u produzetku iste poruke napisali da unapredjuju usluge, gde nigde ne navode da ce doci do povecanja cena i koliko.
Na krajnje podao nacin su izigrali nase poverenje , bili smo verni korisnici dugo godina i to cela porodica, vise od 10 korisnika, ali vise ne, najiskrenije sam razocaran i zgrozen na kakav bedan i sramotan nacin su se docepali nesto extra novca, a pljunuli na postenje, ugled i poverenje.

Uzasna komunikacija sa kontakt centrom, prvo od 10 minuta, bio sam na cekanju 9 gde je operater samo naveo sacekajte. Sledeci poziv ekstremno neljubazan i nekulturan agent po imenu "Aleksandar", neprofesionalnost na nivou. Operateru bi bilo odlicno da nauci "soft skills" jer ih ne poseduje uopste.
Najgori provajder u univerzumu. Pokusavam da otkazem uslugu preko mesec dana, oni mi daju polovicne informacije, a uredno pretplata ide...
