Poor Quality Service
We have owned a flat, Flat-24 Portland Square, Raleigh Street, Nottingham.
This property has managed by MTVH. We have decided to sell this flat. Our solicitor has required management Pack from the managing company, MTVH.
This Company has charges us £180 for this certificate, management pack. They say that they will send it 10 working days.
This is called bureaucracy. Nobody can do business in this Country If every solicitor wait for 10days each certificate or each piece of information.
I personally think UK Government should pay an attention towards this kind of unnecessary bureaucracy created by these company. One person will do this job in 5 minutes either on the day or on the 10th day… This is the situation here…
Last time we had a buyer. Since these processes take really to long time. It was over six months that time. In the end our buyer had to give up. That time, we had spent £500 for nothing…. What is the point?

Today I received this e- mail from MTVH.
You raised an online form on 28th April 2026 requesting a management pack. We wrote to you on 30th April outlining our management pack requirements. This clearly advised that the pack would be issued within 10 working days of all the following being received:
Written confirmation of payment
Completed consent to share form
Memorandum of Sale
You provided confirmation of payment and the signed consent to share, advising that Trent Law are acting on your behalf, on 30th April. We responded to you on 5th May to advise that the Memorandum of Sale was not attached as requested on 30th April and that the pack would be released within 10 working days of the Memorandum of Sale being received.
You emailed on 5th May 2026 with the outstanding document. Effectively, our timeframe to issue the pack starts from the aforementioned date. This means that the pack will be released to your solicitor by 19th May 2026.
Today; 19th May 2026.
As MTVH employees promised; They hold us 10 working days to receive Management Pack….
I wonder what they would loose if they have supplied this document, perhaps not on first day, but on second, or even on third day? I would like to remind you that I have paid £180 for this document….
UK Government issues full UK Passport much cheaper than this…..

What is the point?
Solicitor needs 15 -20 copy of letters or certificate to sell or buy a property…
How are they going to do business?
We have already waisted 2 weeks for this letter…
I still think this is sheer bureaucracy. I have paid £180 for this poor service.
This service does not even worth £18….

Overall as a company quite slow in responding to anything The onus is on you as the resident to push for anything. Moving everything online just allows MTVH to be slow and non responsive. Trying to contact them on the phone is a lottery, and the fact it takes them a few days to respond via their website says to me you best hope you don't need them in an emergency.

Ishan on the Property Desk went above and beyond to help me. I didn’t have any of the information he needed—only the name of the contractor company that visited my home last year. Despite this, he took the initiative to contact them directly, liaised with the relevant departments, and clearly explained what would happen next.
He also took real accountability by setting expectations and reassuring me that if I hadn’t heard anything within five working days, he would personally follow up. His approach was thoughtful, professional, and incredibly patient. I only wish all customer service was delivered to this standard.

Chris A was very patient, very professional and extremely helpful. He updated me on all outstanding repairs as nobody at MTVH had the decency to get back to me or updated me for months even though I kept chasing them via email and by telephone yet I received zero response. Outrageous!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Unfortunately I moved into an MVTH home…
Unfortunately I moved into an MVTH home from council back in. 2002. I have had nothing but issues and problems with my kitchen and bathroom since I moved in. They have made no upgrades, cupboards are mismatched, glued, reinforced and the kitchen sink has mould around the joins and draws that do not fully open. I was told many times I would be due a regeneration. I am asthmatic and allergic to vinyl and latex. I put my own ceramic floor in over 20yrs ago to help with my health issues and prevent mould and damp as the previous one was hard to clean and vinyl and I have a disability. They finally said I can have a new kitchen, but only if they replace my ceramic floor with a vinyl one. All or nothing? When the cupboards and units are dilapidated? They have now refused to install a new kitchen unless I contact my GP, to get a GP referral letting them know I have this condition. And then what. They will do the work? Disgusting, I have made complaints which have been redirected elsewhere and closed. I refuse to be treated in this manner. My rent is up to date and I despise living in my MHTV home as it causes me nothing but stress.

Costumer service
I had to report some repairs I need doing to my flat and a few days later. I got a call from MTVH asking me to show the photos. Of the repairs which i did it was the property services advisor who I spoken to.
Who arranged for my repairs all to be done at a later date.
My experience of reporting my repairs to MTVH is really good one.As was the customer service so all good.

Terrible organisation
This housing association is an absolute joke, I am writing this on behalf of my family as they don't need anymore problems from these charlatans. They have had court proceedings against them, they settled out of court to get rid of the case but just to ignore court ruling and go back to their old ways. There has been no heating or hot water for three years only using emersion heater.

I spoke to paul today at the property desk, he had a great sense of humour was very helpful and went beyond, he managed to get me an answer & an expected time of when the repair was going to be carried out, he handled the call like it was his first call of the day i gave the service a four out of five.The reason why I wouldn't give a five is because i'm unhappy with the time frame.This has been going on since last year

Cropped people in power following demonising labour party yet again have failed how many more times are they gonna keep on screwing up in their jobs it's one failure after another it's on lasting, never ending with these people they don't seem to know how to live up to their job titles they shame their titles it's an absolute embarrassment, same as the government i would say that they're all on the same level as this government lol. Being a vulnerable person universal credit that has got a child with high serious level of conditions my other half got on the phone as i've got very severe anxiety, and that's the impact of being under metropolitan and living in a ground where you've got in illegals living underneath you also, as i've mentioned children, that shouldn't be living in supported, living as i've gone up online and done my research.It is against the lord to have children living in sported, living their no bath access it's a form of abuse so anyway, he got on the phone with permission of course lol regarding by new rent that should have come through the post by february as it's meant to come through the post.Two months before your new rent goes in place hello, this is how uneducated these people are hope to someone called natalie, who comes across as very rude seems to have a bit of an attitude problem that's more, they have that works down.Their office is people with extreme attitudes trying to say it been sent to us when we had not received it set to ask.It should have been sent to you from february it's one lie after another what they do when they know they're in the run, they will turn around and say it's been sent out when it actually has got sent my service charges out that we receive.How comes no rent from metropo it is against the law to not send out the rent on time as that can put the person in a raise, we're already in a raise with a fidling so called courted management landlord, if you call their job title, supported management once again they shameed their titles and it is a failure to update new rent, that's meant to go in place delaying it by two months which would affect the person's universal credit?It is being done deliberately they are reliable to contact universal credit themselves, not expecting the tenant to do it seems to be nothing but failures by these people, absolute lazy people can't be both to do their jobs properly it comes under section 13 of the housing act 1988 so I guess it's it's yet again its down to tenant to provide that information when it's actually meant to be there so called responsibility to contact universal credit when I send the information over to universal credit, I will be telling them that as well.It is their responsibility also when I went to citizen's device.Recently, they had also said it is down to the landlord to be sending the information to the universal credit even citizens of ice have found this landlord unprofessional this so called management that they've got going on.Done at metropolitan is not working, is it you have got landlords that are too comfortable.Sitting behind their desk too comfortable.Sitting in their chairs drinking cups of coffee that don't want to do any work by contacting people that they should be contacting these landlords need be made to resign they are corped like starmer if you can't beat a decent landlord, you shouldn't be a landlord resign.And let someone else take the job that I'll probably be better than you has got a bad name have a bad reputation that they live up to.And that name will follow them everywhere.They go no matter what tenant is under them reviews just seem to be getting worse and worse.And i've had to write so many bad reviews since i've been living underdom it's been a living hell hole since i've been placed in this terrible accommodation accommodation, where I did not agree to stay in on it is a breach also, against a law to have children, disabilities living in supported, living, especially a place that used to be a hostel but allowed to raise children in ex hostile grounds.That's also against the law doesn't seem to be any laws in this country.Anymore, since all these magaret rats have come in one living underneath me that is what living in between this accommodation and accommodation at four doors down have to keep reporting it to the cancel because the so called housing association can't be bothered to do their jobs properly accommodation, we shouldn't still be living in a place where we shouldn't have to still be dealing with people like this.We should beat in a proper house by now moved out of london down there.Where my family live instead?Still, in this?Hello, having to deal with ongoing harassment cant wait for the independent people to contact me because they're going to be onto metropolitan big time nor jesus is on our side.Justice will be bought upon
