UPDATE
We were contacted yesterday with tracking and have received the gloves today. The company have told us there was an issue sending the tracking email. There has been no answer as to why they don't answer the phone line however.
All in all we did receive the order but unfortunately had to review on here to get anyone from the company to reply to us. It shouldn't of taken this to get their attention

edit - Thank you for the order details Lucy. Ive checked through emails and we have only recieved one email today the 4th March 2026 at 09:49 from a person with a different name for the order which was in our spam folder, that has been replied to with tracking information. The order was placed on Sunday the 1st of March and that was sent over to the Warehouse on Monday the 2nd of March as we do not work weekends. Tracking is showing the order is due to be delivered on Thursday 5th of March which is 1 day later than the advertised Royal Mail tracked 48 service we use which is advertised by ourselves and Royal Mail as a 2-3 working days service. I am enquiring with the warehouse as to the cause of the one day delay in shipping the order to see if it was the warehouse or Royal Mail.
Tracking is usually generated by the warehouse on dispatch and can end up in spam folders, eitherway as stated I have sent tracking over to you.
I have talked to the owner, and he has recieved no commincations from anyone regarding the legitimacy of the site. Muay Thai Store (along with Boon Store and Topking Store) is a retial website of Thai Boxing Store Ltd and company information can be found here https://find-and-update.company-information.service.gov.uk/company/07844697

I have recently got back into Muay Thai and have ordered gear off Muay Thai Store twice now.
I have ordered various items from Fairtex gloves and shin pads to Fairtex shorts, perfect for what I needed at competitive prices.
When ordering wrong size Fairtex shorts, replacement with correct size was prompt with good customer service.
I would recommend and will buy again in the future.

Fantastic Customer Service
Ordered a pair of shin guards. Before dispatch Paul made certain that they came to the right place after a typo in my address, but unfortuantely the package was damaged in transit by Royal Mail. Paul sent me a free returns label and got a replacement out to me ASAP. Really impressed with the attention to detail and the service. MTS have become my new go-to for new kit in the future!

We have replied to the customer with tracking details which were emailed on dispatch to the email address supplied on the order and will update our response here once we have heard back from them.
UPDATE: Customer confirmed delivery of their order on the 4th of January. The order was placed on December 23, 2024 @ 5:58 pm, passed to the warehouse team on the same day and dispatched on the 27th when the warehouse reopened. The delay with delivery was caused by the backlog in the Royal Mail network. Tracking was emailed on dispatch from the warehousing company and confirmed by their web team as recieved at the email address registered on the order with no logged bounce back, irrespective the tracking number was sent separately on request to the customer along with an explanation of the delay. Whilst delivery took longer than expected, it was within timeframes for the Christmas/New Years period.
