Dress didn't fit - no information on how to return and no success when emailing!
Although the dress was nice, it was too big. I wished to return it but as there was no return label in the bag. I emailed the company and tried to do an online chat but didn't get a reply from the email and the online chat was never answered. I was disappointed in the lack of communication from the company -it would put me off from purchasing from them again.
Updated..... After seeing my review they were kind enough to get back to me and provide a label to return the item which I did successfully.

I love the style and colours of the…
I love the style and colours of the Mudfower knitwear but last year I bought two pairs of Mudflower cropped trousers and the seams came apart on both within a few weeks and couldn’t be mended as the seams had so little spare material to them. The fit had been amazing and they were so comfortable so that the fact that they disintegrated at the seams quickly was a huge disappointment.

Good fit
First time using this company, got to say was impressed with the quality of my Trousers, really impressed with the delivery, as did not think I would get my trousers in time for New Year, was I surprised when they arrived in time to party. I will certainly use this company again

Dreadful customer service
Don’t bother ordering from this site if you have a problem they don’t respond. I ordered two items on 2/12/22 only one arrived, I immediately emailed to let them know, still no response! Strange how they can contact you for a review, but not respond to a complaint… Shocking customer service.
