I still do not have my dress….even though I was required to pay an extortionate amount for postage…..would be very reluctant to purchase from your website again

We are truly sorry you still didn't received your order. Because this is an international order Royal Mail advised they estimate for a delivery in 5 working days but they can't guarantee this.
We are keeping a close watch on the tracking for this item and it should be delivered this week. If not, we will make a full refund including the delivery charges.

To my amazement my dress cost 35 /tag…
To my amazement my dress cost 35 /tag Sterling and by the time it was delivered to me today it cost me seventy seven Euro and 20c - I would call that daylight robbery - not yer fault but it makes one feel peeved
Anyhow I hope this dress will be admired on self 🙂

Great product but size issues
Loved the choice on the website. Ordering easy and delivery great. Unfortunately the jumper was too big and I had ordered a smaller size than usual. Disappointed as the design, colour and material all lovely. It was for an occasion this week, so no time to reorder.
The returns system was easy and impressed not to have to pay for the return. Will shop Mudflower again as previous items have been great.
