My experience with them did not meet my expectations. Some drivers were good . Some of them were very mean. Shouting on me. My neck was hurting so I couldn't put my suit cases in the car . He was standing in front of me , looking at me and did not help me. I was very disappointed with his behavior. He drove at a very high speed dangerously. He took us from makkah to madina. I was really afraid . My son was sick and the car was at super high speed . We both afraid. Weak communication between the drivers and the company. Lake of clear communication with customers. In my life this is my first time I give 1 star to the business, but there is no way because I don't want someone else get the bad experience. I really thought not to share my bad experience, but they really disappointed me at my holy trip at Holy city. Please never trust agencies like that. Just take taxi . These companies don't care about the customer.

On 15th February, we travelled from Makkah to Madinah, and once again, the service was outstanding. The driver was polite and respectful, and drove with great care. What really stood out was the genuine kindness shown — he went out of his way to buy me tea, a small gesture that made a big impression and reflected the company’s commitment to customer care.
Finally, on 18th February, our transfer from Madinah to Madinah Airport was just as seamless. The driver was prompt, helpful with luggage, and ensured we reached the airport on time, giving us complete peace of mind.
Every driver we encountered was professional, respectful, and reliable. Their consistency in punctuality and excellent service made our journey between the holy cities comfortable and worry-free.
I would highly recommend this company to anyone travelling for Umrah or visiting Saudi Arabia. Their dedication to customer satisfaction, attention to detail, and warm hospitality truly set them apart. I apologise as I don’t remember the names of the drivers but thank you and inshallah we see them again.

I had an excellent experience with all three drivers during my journey in Saudi Arabia. From Jeddah Airport to Makkah, from Makkah to Medina, and finally from Medina back to Jeddah, each driver was professional, punctual, and courteous. The vehicles were clean and comfortable, and the journeys were smooth and largely stress-free. Their kindness and helpful attitude made a real difference, especially during such an important trip.
However, one concern I would like to highlight is that the drivers tended to use their phones quite frequently while driving. This is something that should be looked into, as it can pose a safety risk. Addressing this issue would make the overall experience even better.

Thanks for the transportation service ,everything was ok ,only concern is on ziyarat ,drivers are not professional not much educated and don’t talk unless you ask them where you taking us and sight seeing ,not all drivers ,we pay so much to come here to have some knowledge about the ziyarat ,only that should be improved otherwise the rest was good .
