Our company is using the PDF Converter for SharePoint to convert (over 35k +) InfoPath forms to PDF for archiving as we plan a migration to a newer version of SharePoint. Muhhimbi's support team was responsive, knowledable, friendly and patient while I worked to set up a server to use for the product. I worked with 2-3 individuals during the course of the install. They stayed with the issues encountered along the way until they were resolved. Not only that, the product works as advertised. We are still in the evaluation stage trying to determine if Muhimbi is the right product for a specific use case. Clavin Fernandes, the Muhimbi technical support person who has been working with us, has been extremely helpful in helping us create a working proof of concept that we can use to communicate the value and get buy-in from our stakeholders.

We have a hybrid environment and use Muhimbi on-premise with SharePoint 2013 and in 0365/Power Automate. We purchased a subscription for an enterprise project solution and estimated the actions use based on the previous business process. Without the automatic notification that we were at 75% capacity, we would have run into issues and the process would have failed. Thankfully we were able to quickly communicate with support, who enabled additional actions for the month to cover us at no additional charge. Responsive, reliable, flexible support and solutions for real time issues.
