Our house had been up for sale for two years when Emma took the property on. She was very professional and helpful throughout the process. She finally secured and completed the sale of the property in six months. I would not hesitate to use her services again and would definitely recommend her.
Emma has been an amazing estate agent. She provided beautiful photos, excellent advertising, and outstanding service throughout the entire process. I really appreciate all of her help and would highly recommend her services.
Emma was recommended to me by my Mortgage Advisor following multiple failed attempts to sell my property with high street agents. I was starting to feel like I would never sell my home.
When I first spoke to Emma, she came across as very positive in regards to her being able to sell my property which was a welcome change. Emma has been communicative from start to finish and managed to sell my property in a timely manner. She has been extremely professional, friendly and supportive throughout the process.
I cannot thank Emma enough and for all of her hard work. I would not hesitate in recommending Emma to anyone trying to sell their home.
We recently sold our home in South East London with Emma at Mulberry Park Estates and couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish she was incredibly professional, proactive, and supportive. The marketing was excellent, and the photos in particular really showed the house at its best and clearly helped generate strong interest.
Thanks to her approach, we received multiple offers and felt confident throughout the process. It meant a lot to us that our first home is now going to someone who will truly enjoy it.
We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Emma to anyone looking to sell.
It has been a breath of fresh air working with Emma. She quickly found a very suitable buyer for our "project" property. Emma keeps you informed at every stage. She is completely on top of all legislation and paperwork. Emma operates in a truly professional manner and having dealt with many estate agents over the years as an investor, I would gladly use her again. Cannot recommend her highly enough.
We really couldn’t recommend and praise Emma and Mulberry Park Estates enough. Emma provided an absolutely outstanding five star service.
Our sale had been a long time coming, due to absolutely no fault of ourselves and a really, really poor effort by another terrible estate agent we had been left totally in the lurch and feeling frankly like we would never be able to sell our home. Emma came in like a super human and moved mountains to get our flat sold and at a really great price.
Emma communicated with us constantly and worked tirelessly to get our sale through in a quick and efficient time frame. She was friendly and kind at all times and even despite having a baby never took her eye off the ball. She was wonderful.
We couldn’t be more grateful to Emma and Mulberry Park Estates for all they have done for us and couldn’t recommend the company enough. Whether you’re looking to sell or buy, choose Emma, she really is fantastic.
Emma handled both the sale of my property and the purchase of our new house, she made the process as smooth as possible and provided us updates throughout. We couldn’t recommend Mulberry Park Estates more.
Emma was friendly, professional and always ready and willing to answer any questions and offer advice. She was able to sell our house in 6 weeks at a difficult time in the market for 98% of the asking price, and worked hard to keep things in checked when there were issues higher up the chain. Thank you so much for all your hard work Emma!
We had a fantastic experience with Emma at Mulberry Park Estates. From start to finish Emma was efficient, professional, and incredibly helpful. No job was ever too big, and she went above and beyond to make the whole process of being first time buyers smooth and stress-free. Communication was clear and prompt, and we always felt supported and well-informed. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and dedicated estate agent! Thank you, Emma!

A huge thank you to Mulberry Park Estates and especially Emma ❤️the Director, for helping us secure our beautiful new home! Emma was absolutely fantastic—quick to respond to emails at any time, very professional, and refreshingly straightforward throughout the process.
She stayed in constant contact with both the buyer’s and seller’s solicitors, ensuring everything moved smoothly and quickly. Thanks to her dedication and efficiency, we were able to complete the entire process and get our keys in just 1.5 months!
We are beyond happy and would highly recommend Mulberry Park Estates and Emma to anyone looking for a reliable, proactive, and supportive real estate agency.
