I rarely order things online in…

I rarely order things online in Pakistan because most of the time the product shown is different from what is actually delivered. But Alhamdulillah, this was my first experience with Munawer.pk and I received a very good -quality product. I ordered an umbrella cap, and the quality was exactly the same as shown in the video.I truly appreciate

FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE.

This year I have decided to go for Hajj from United Kingdom, I started my search for the necessary things online and I found this online store in Pakistan. I searched their website and found the items which I wanted. There was a WhatsApp number on the website which I called and spoke to Mr Fahad Fakhr, I introduced myself to him told him what I was looking for and for what purpose. He showed me the items in question and also gave me the link of all the items. He even told me that they do international shipping so I will receive my items here in UK to which I agreed to.
After a week it came to my notice that someone was coming from Pakistan and they could bring the item from Pakistan. I spoke to Fahad and told him to kindly keep the items ready and someone will pick it up. After few days a friend of mine went to the shop and collected the items.
From the start to the end I received a fantastic service, very polite and trustworthy.I highly recommended to deal with them. If I need anything else I will sure go to them. He even sent me a free gift.

Bad experience

I ordered seven small items from here. According to the market rate, they should have cost around 600 to 700, but here I had to pay 1500 including delivery charges. The quality is also not very good. I am very disappointed.

Let’s break this down clearly:
1155 + 349 (delivery) = 1504.
In fact, the delivery cost is closer to 400, so your statement “I had to pay 1500 including delivery” is actually accurate, just not in the way you intended.

As for delivery charges, unfortunately, courier companies haven’t yet adopted the concept of “free lunches.” They do charge for their service, and we simply pass that along transparently.

Regarding your concern that the price should be 600–700 rs, fair point, if we were still in 2022. However, it’s 2026, and costs (materials, logistics, production) have moved accordingly. Of course, the purchase was entirely your choice; there was no pressure from our side.

On the quality issue: customer reviews tend to speak louder than assumptions. Alhamdulillah, we’ve built a solid reputation over time. We also offer a 7-day return policy, which was available if the product truly didn’t meet your expectations.

Additionally, our support team did reach out to resolve your concern, but we didn’t receive a response from your end.

Lastly, a humble suggestion: please avoid jeopardizing businesses that are genuinely trying to operate ethically—especially over a difference of just 200-300 Rs. A bit disappointing, to say the least.
