BUYER BEWARE. Do not order from this website or their social media shops.
1) Did not have item in stock but was still able to purchase
2) Asked for refund
3) When cancellation was requested they took over weeks to refund even with repeated follow ups
4) Unprofessional service, suggesting they send out a bigger size or a different colour to what I purchased. Calling me "hun", "love" and "angel."
Basically, took my money, didn't give it back and didn't give the item.

Ordered from here on the 5th of June for an abaya which is "Available on pre order estimated delivery 4-6 weeks."
I emailed them on the same evening replying to the order confirmation asking, "Is there any chance I could please get this delivered by the 9th of July? I know that the pre-order advises up to 6 weeks, but I am ordering this for my ____.
Please let me know if this is feasible, or I may have to look somewhere else for a suitable abaya.
I am happy to pay extra if you can get this to me within the next 4 weeks. I am very sorry for the short notice, my other abaya did not end up suiting the gown and occasion."
These emails were addressed and signed off respectfully and professionally. Unlike this business.

Hi Alisha, Yes if we have this in stock within the stock room we will have it sent right away! Is there another size your okay with wearing such as 54 or 50 incase we have these we could also send them out so you have it on time!

I am _ft _in tall and average build so I think 52 might be the best fitting size for me.
Do you have an idea of when I would know if this is in stock and when it would be shipped out, if so? I am just asking so that I can prepare if I need to order another dress just incase it doesn't come in time.
