Horrible quality and customer service

I ordered a dress and it was delivered on time but the quality was appalling for the price i paid. Messaged them on instagram and whoever was messaging me back said they dont issue refunds and only do exchanges. Nowhere on their website does it say they dont do refunds and only exchanges. Brought this up with them and they said i can send the dress back and they will quality check it and send me a refund. I asked for the details and they kept delaying it using Eid as an excuse. I waited a few days and chased them up and they proceeded to block me. Tried on tiktok but they dont reply back. Horrible customer service. Absolutely sh** quality. I will never order from them again and honestly everything is crap. Ive ordered from them before and the quality is just not it. Now im stuck with a rubbish dress and nearly £60 down the drain. AVOID THIS BUSINESS.

My order never arrived

My order never arrived, and when I sent them a message, they said it might take a little longer to arrive because of all the orders they had and that they were restocking many of the items. This means they sold something that was out of stock. I ordered it in December. It’s April. I gave up on contacting them, so I just contacted my bank and reported them as a scam. Thankfully, I managed to get my money back from my bank, not them.

Absolutely awful! Do not buy from here!

Absolutely awful. I have been waiting for my order for 5/6 months and nothing. I have been having to chase them up every month or so which they have assured me that they’re waiting for the shipment and I will receive my order. Don’t purchase from this place! They are constantly posting on their socials enticing people to order but they have not delivered my order since I preordered over 5mo the ago.

The customer service is really bad

The customer service is really bad, completely ignored my emails and constantly ignored my Instagram/Tiktok messages. Also the material of the clothing is quite poor, considering the price I expected good quality.

BUYER BEWARE. Do not order from this website or their social media shops.

1) Did not have item in stock but was still able to purchase
2) Asked for refund
3) When cancellation was requested they took over weeks to refund even with repeated follow ups
4) Unprofessional service, suggesting they send out a bigger size or a different colour to what I purchased. Calling me "hun", "love" and "angel."

Basically, took my money, didn't give it back and didn't give the item.

Ordered from here on the 5th of June for an abaya which is "Available on pre order estimated delivery 4-6 weeks."

I emailed them on the same evening replying to the order confirmation asking, "Is there any chance I could please get this delivered by the 9th of July? I know that the pre-order advises up to 6 weeks, but I am ordering this for my ____.

Please let me know if this is feasible, or I may have to look somewhere else for a suitable abaya.

I am happy to pay extra if you can get this to me within the next 4 weeks. I am very sorry for the short notice, my other abaya did not end up suiting the gown and occasion."

These emails were addressed and signed off respectfully and professionally. Unlike this business.

Hi Alisha, Yes if we have this in stock within the stock room we will have it sent right away! Is there another size your okay with wearing such as 54 or 50 incase we have these we could also send them out so you have it on time!

I am _ft _in tall and average build so I think 52 might be the best fitting size for me.

Do you have an idea of when I would know if this is in stock and when it would be shipped out, if so? I am just asking so that I can prepare if I need to order another dress just incase it doesn't come in time.
