Great service from start to finish! Rory and Tony were on time, efficient, removed old mattress and bed, assembled new bed and mattress, removing all packaging. They were polite, left no mess or damage and did a fantastic job!

The delivery and setup of our bed was quick and professional, and Rory and Cezary were both very kind and helpful.

Unfortunately, I have to take one star off because of the communication regarding payment and delivery. At the time of paying the deposit, we were told that Michael Murphy Furniture would contact us when the item came into stock to arrange payment and delivery. However, this didn’t happen.

A week after the expected date of the item coming into stock, I still hadn’t heard anything and had to contact customer service myself to get an update. While the delivery and setup experience itself was excellent, I feel the communication beforehand could have been much better.

Absolutely brilliant service from Barry and Arran. Will defo be buying with you guys again. Very pleasant experience. 10/10
