I received someone else’s custom order…

I received someone else’s custom order not my order. I emailed customer service twice and haven’t heard back from them. I wish I could review the actual product. They did ship it out quickly however I didn’t get my order and it was a Christmas gift for my son.

Edit: I received an email from the company expressing their apologies for the error and they promptly shipped out the replacement. I received it and the quality is great, my son loved it! Amending my rating due to the response and merchandise quality.

Don't waste your $! Placed an order in Sept. 2025. Was told the order was lost in late Oct. told they would reprocess - takes 20 days. Then told they never reprocessed but then would in mid November. Still no product. No communication and no ability to contest on my cc because 60 days have passed. Unbelievably terrible customer service. Can't tell you if the product is any good. They got over $200 from me and I got nadda!

I had items in my shopping cart and…

I had items in my shopping cart and went to check out and saw they added a tip in. Seriously? Since when is a tip requested for retail items? In fairness you could go in and uncheck the box but how many people don't notice that and pay the extra fee? I won't be doing business with them.

Great experience and quality sweatshirts

This company has a great website, wonderful quick service, and produce really good quality products.
I would suggest to order sweatshirts 1 size larger than you might otherwise order. My large was pretty tight on me and that is unusual.

Baseball Caps

I ordered a cap. In the picture it looked like jeans material and leather with a patch, but when I got it, it was all silk material. And for that price I would not have ordered it!! I am very disappointed!
