Email promos not too spammy

I was afraid to give my real email, thinking I’d get spammed every hour. But they only send a few offers a week, and some of them are actually decent reload bonuses. I haven’t had to hit the unsubscribe button yet, which says something.

Everything in dark mode, yay

Small thing but I love dark interfaces. This casino isn’t blindingly white like some others. Playing at night is much easier on my eyes. I know that sounds silly but it honestly matters to me.

Fine on my old laptop

My laptop is a dinosaur and some sites just don’t work right on it. This one loads in a few seconds and the games only stutter a bit on max graphics. I keep to simpler slots anyway, and they run fine enough for some evening fun.

Nothing fancy, but solid

If you’re looking for huge flashy features, this might seem plain. For me, it’s perfect: games load, balance updates correctly, cash in and out works. I’d rather have boring and reliable than super shiny and buggy. So I’m sticking with this one for now.

Cool mini-games inside slots

Some slots here have bonus games that feel almost like separate little apps. Picking objects, climbing ladders, that kind of thing. They don’t always pay well but I enjoy the change of pace from just spinning reels.

Account frozen, balance trapped

My account was frozen due to some sort of check, and now my balance of $310 is locked. I sent the verification documents, and it's been six days with no response. I was told by the support chat to wait, but they won't provide a time frame. I can't access my own money.

Disconnected blamed on my setup

During the session, I was kicked out 3 times and support told me to clear cache and check my connection. I was downloading a file at the same time and had no issues with my connection. My cache was already cleared.

App doesnt exist

I looked for an app and didn't find anything in the app store, but the website says they have an app and support said it's only mobile browser version. Advertising an app that isn't real is very dishonest.

Password reset link expired

I forgot my password and asked for a reset link. By the time I went to check my email, which was 10 minutes later, the link had already went expired. I had to request a bunch of new links until I was finally able to reset it in time.

Game crashed and took my bet

I was playing a slot, and as soon as I made a bet, it crashed. I reloaded the game, and my balance decreased by the amount I bet, yet the spin did not happen. Support told me they can’t refund it because there’s no record of the crash.

Promos are misleading

I saw a promo on the homepage, and when I tried to claim it, support said it wasn't available in my region. I saw no mentions of this in the promo details. I spent time trying to activate this promo when I'm not even eligible for any of it. They need to be clearer about these restrictions.

Account locked without warning

My account got locked one morning when I tried logging in and I had to do some extra verification. They didn’t send me any emails. I didn’t even know what I could do to be able to access my funds. Support told me it would take another 3 days just to do it after I sent more documents. I spent those 3 days not knowing if my money was safe or not.

Customer service is slow

I emailed you on Tuesday regarding my missing bonus and didn't get a reply until Friday afternoon. Three days for a simple inquiry is absurd. Live chat is always busy so the email wait time is unacceptable.

Deposit bonus didnt activate

I made a qualifying deposit for a bonus, but it never got added to my account. I had to reach out to support with proof showing I met the requirements. They did end up manually crediting it, but it took a whole day and multiple messages to get it fixed. This should have been automatic.
