Musefile Avis 

Awful company to order from. Was somehow signed up for a subscription and I have tried to email to return the item however no one replied to me and there’s no way to cancel it on the website and it’s saying i have the next order in October which is ridiculous so I am going to have to remove my card. I wouldn’t order the efile bits again anyway I ordered them in gold and asked the chat bot if that effects longevity and it said no however they have already tarnished and I have only had them a month! Don’t order from them

I bought The Carbide Collection which is fine but has tarnished so I would not purchase this particular item again. I have been charged for this again on a subscription which I had not joined up to and have had money taken out of my account and the item is on its way to me again which I did not order or want. Having contacted you twice would someone please contact me to put this right. Many thanks

Super quick delivery and well packaged. An item I ordered had gone out of stock as I ordered just after Xmas and the team messaged me straight away letting me know that they will still be dispatching my order to avoid that being delayed and will then send the liner brush when it’s back in stock and even kindly offered a discount for my next order as an apology.

I ordered 3 e-file bits from Muse, the progress of my order was very clear right from when I ordered it and then my order came even faster than it said it was going to. I’m very happy with it and I will continue to purchase my nail supplies from Muse in the future :)
