I love the hair and the tape stays ok on the sides but in the back it just doesn't stay for long. I don't use conditioner on it only the ends and I hair dry hair. Never put them on with any dampness so I'm not sure what I can do. I've already had to buy more tape and it's not cheap.

Muse Hair Extensions is hands down the best hair extension brand I’ve ever used. The quality is unreal — soft, thick, and full from top to bottom with no shedding or tangling. The hair blends perfectly, holds style beautifully, and still feels amazing after multiple wears and washes. Shipping was fast, packaging was gorgeous, and everything felt very professional and high-end. You can tell they truly care about quality and their customers. I will never use another brand again — Muse has me for life!

The colour is a perfect which is light auburn #30 which I was quite surprised as it's a hard colour to match.
The tape remover works well except my bottle was already beading with the solution before I even opened it and when I spray it only half sprayed at the desired direction and the rest drips down my hand and bottle. It's clearly faulty and disappointing as I feel it's a bit expensive to begin with. Love the hair extensions though.

Best extensions I have ever worn.
I’m usually a clip in girly but this has me sold.
I don’t leave them in very long though. I usually get about 2.5 weeks out of them before I take them out and move them up again but that could be due to my hair growing fast also I have an oily scalp.
I already have compromised hair due to bleaching it but I haven’t seen and breakage where they have been.
My only downside is side is that I have a small head and I have had cut the larger wefts down and I’ve noticed they now curl up on the ends which is very annoying.

I’ve used extensions for 30 yrs and always bought my own to the salon to cut costs. Well - thank you for removing the need to have someone do it for me now! Great quality hair, thick, stays put. My first go was a little meh but after that I learned what to do and what works best for me. I have had 4 wks so far with my 2nd round in and I think I may make it to 6! Excellent product. Did I mention I’m also a retired hairdresser? Great stuff guys!

I placed an order for hair extensions on December 23, 2025 (Order #12036). On December 28, I received an email from Muse for Hair demanding I send a photo of my government-issued identification (driver's license/passport) via standard email to "verify" the purchase, with a 48-hour deadline.

As an experienced online shopper and business operator, I was immediately alarmed. I contacted the company on December 29, and they confirmed this unsafe practice is their standard policy for "address mismatches," offering only a cancellation if I refused.

This is not a standard security measure—it is a severe security failure. Emailing sensitive identity documents is a primary tactic used by identity thieves. It provides no encryption, exposing customers to interception, data breaches, and fraud.

It also violates core data protection law. In Australia, businesses must take "reasonable steps" to protect personal information under the Privacy Act 1988 (APP 11.1). Requesting an ID via unsecured email is the opposite of a reasonable step and likely breaches their legal obligations.

The company refused all secure alternatives I proposed (phone verification, shipping to my verified billing address) and ultimately cancelled my order. This conduct poses a direct threat to consumer safety.

Final Verdict: I cannot recommend this business. Prioritize your personal security—do not send them your ID. I have reported this practice to the Australian Competition & Consumer Commission (ACCC) and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).

I’ve used clip ins for years and love them. BUT these semi permanent extensions are incredible! I was a little unsure when they arrived because it didn’t seem like enough grams of hair.
(I have medium to thin hair) but once I applied them, they looked so good and real! I wore them for about four weeks, then yesterday when I went to take them out the bottle of remover immediately spilled out.. it was wrapped up but not sealed properly. I have a little left but that did make me upset to lose so much remover..
but even that being said , I washed them and put them back in today! And they’re as good as new.

Initially the hair extensions were amazing! Great colour range. It was really good but I had to take it off after less than a week. I washed the hair 3 days after applying it. It got very dry, i could not repair it. I followed every instructions and even got my hair dresser to put it on for me and we got a salon grade hair extensions shampoo.

The Muse extensions have transformed my hair confidence. As a person with fine, flat hair, I was looking for hassle-free, affordable extensions that would give me added volume and length. Really high quality hair and so easy to install. It's nice too because I can easily take them out when I need a little extension break. Also very fast shipping. Really appreciate this option because the salon price was getting out of hand.

I had these extensions fitted by my hairdresser yesterday so she could shape them and find the best placement, and I’m really impressed so far. They feel incredibly soft and blend beautifully with my natural hair. The colour match is spot on—especially impressive for copper hair, which isn’t always easy to match. I may use a colour-depositing conditioner to deepen the tone very slightly, but honestly they’re already very close to perfect.

The application looked straightforward for my hairdresser. I’ve noticed a little “bumping” from the tape across my crown, but I’m confident that’s something I can adjust when I reapply them myself.

I have very thick hair and was certain I’d need the extra piece I ordered, but it turns out I didn’t need it at all, which was a pleasant surprise. Overall, I’m really happy with the quality, feel, and colour of these extensions and would definitely recommend them.
