They don't cover hired instrument
Phoned the customer service and quite disappointed to know that they don't cover a hired instrument. Quite unusual as other insurance companies do. The lady who answered my phone was sounding quite naive and young though. I ended up going with other insurance with a bit of higher price.

Excellent service all round !
I bought my public liability insuranceon line with MusicGuard, after a recommendation from a friend of mine. I also phoned as well, before buying it, just to check on a couple of things, as I'm not the most computer-minded person in the world. A very helpful operator, who answered my questions in seconds. Excellent cover for an excellent price. Very happy. Thank you !

Good communication but had to wait an extra 5 days with claim because they couldn’t find my evidence. After I had sent again was sorted in 4 working days.
