!!SCAM ALERT!! Worst Shopping Experience Ever!

If I had an option to give a negative rating, I would. The entire shopping experience with TheMusk.in has been a nightmare. It started like this -
I placed an order through their website on 17th April 2026. Once the order was placed, there was no way to track that order from their website. Their WhatsApp customer care number gave a very brief message that the order was placed and shared a tracker, which was faulty. After waiting for my order or for a message that the order was shipped till 4th May 2026, I finally texted them on their WhatsApp number first, asking about the status of my order. They did not respond (their WhatsApp customer care number is also faulty, where you see that the message is read, but no one responds). I then emailed them about the status of my order. I received no response to my first email. I then received a message on WhatsApp that my order was being manufactured and will be dispatched soon (there was no prior information that the garment had to be manufactured and their shipping policy states that the order will be dispatched in 1-2 days). I again emailed them on 11th May saying that their shipping policy says the order will be dispatched in 1-2 days and that I had no way of tracking the order. To this I received the reply "mam we will dispatch it in this week" (exact words). Again - no tracker, no valid information - we will just dispatch the order. There were enough back-and-forth emails where they kept promising 5-7 days without any action. Finally, when I threatened to take this to social media (on 19th May), I received a bluedart link in my email on 21st May). Mind you, I had placed the order on 17th April!! The link that I received from them was also wrong as it showed that the item was dispatched on 18th May and would reach me on 20th May, which I didn't. No apologies from TheMusk.in team for this delay or any sort of customer service at all.

I finally received the product on 25th May. The product does not match the picture given on the website. The measurements are off and the shoulder-fitting is just weird. The material of the product is nowhere close to what is shown in the website. The colour of the product looks cheap. Overall, this was not the product I ordered but a very cheap and poorly-made copy of that product.
On 26th May - I requested for a return on their Website, WhatsApp number and email (yes, had to reach out to all three as they do not respond and I had to try my luck to connect with them some way). No response from either portals for a few hours.

This is where is gets more "scam-like" - you need to pay Rs. 100 when you place the return!! You can only get store credit for their rubbish products and there is no way to get the money refunded back to your source account!!

I got a call from Bluedart at 12.38 pm that they were enroute to pick up the return. The return order was picked up at by 12.45. I get an email from TheMusk.in team at 2.41 pm with a link to start the return process?!?!

Overall, a very disturbing and hectic shopping experience. TheMusk.in has 0 customer support, their products are not worth the price, and the entire shopping experience is a nightmare.
