The Salesperson, Morgan, was super helpful and attentive. He helped me find great flooring and wall tile that fit our budget. The installer, Michael, was friendly, professional, thorough, and installed our flooring and baseboards with excellence. Morgan kept in touch to ensure everything went according to my expectations and really bent over backwards to ensure our project got finished within our timeline. Our flooring and trim work was completed on schedule and it looks amazing!

ALissa is the best. You should pay her more. She made my shopping experience easy. She kept good track of my records even over a long period of time and made it simple to place additional orders with you.

We were looking for a floor to complete the look and tie all areas together. Larry worked with us to find that floor, Mike, the installer did a great job, professional and communicated with us every step to be sure he was doing things the way we wanted it done.

I had new laminate floors installed on main floor and new carpet installed in the loft area. I worked with Tanya, who was of great help in floor and carpet selection. It looks great!
I was also impressed by the hard work of the two work crews doing the installation. They did really fine work.

I was very impressed the minute I walked through the door. Dotty was great to work with and Alfredo and Sam did a top notch job installing my carpet. This is the second time I have used Carpet One for flooring needs and I will continue.

We had our first floor redone and some tiling done around our fireplace. We worked with Tanya and she was very helpful and promptly responded to all of our questions!
We felt we had to do a bit more homework on our end and coordinating with a lot of different individuals, due to the fact that we didn't start the project with a construction company.
Also, like another reviewer, I felt there was some lack of communication between technicians and the main office (confusion about installation dates, aspects of what jobs to complete...). After inquiring, these kinks were ironed out and were quickly remedied.
The two gentlemen that put in the floors were very fast and efficient. We failed to protect items on counters and in closets, so there was a lot of dust to clean up. However, we were very pleased with the end result. So, the dust was easy to overlook.
The tiling technician did a very nice job as well!
All and all, it was a great experience. I'd recommend using this company for your flooring projects.

When you first walk in the door there is someone to greet you. I don't like having the feeling of being a ghost wandering around a store.
I take a long time in making a decision on carpets and Kristen had a lot a patience and suggestions.
The installation was great. I had to wait 3 weeks for my date and then the installer wasn't available so they found another and I actually got the install a day early. Plus the installers Alfredo and Sam had installed carpet for me in the past and they are really good. So I was really pleased with the change. and they did an excellent job once again.
