I had been looking for a special limited edition watch for a month. I was finally able to purchase it via their website since was not available everywhere else. Five stars is not even enough to rate the customer service from Vincent and his fast communication via email. Since his company is in UK and I live in USA, I was going to pay importing fees. I was shocked that the same day I purchased the watch from MVS Watches, someone posted the same watch on eBay and I was able to buy this locally. Vincent was very understanding and kindly cancelled my purchase with full refund upon my request. I will definitely do business in the future with this company and I am so happy that I was able to obtain this limited edition watch without the costly importing fees given the current devaluation of US dollar to British pounds.

After spending several months scouring the internet in search of the perfect addition to my collection, I finally found exactly what I was looking for - a Tudor Black Bay 58 Blue Dial.

Having recently celebrated my 40th birthday, I decided it was time to treat myself to another luxury watch.
This was also the very first time I had ever purchased a pre-owned watch, so naturally I did a huge amount of research beforehand.

When I came across this particular Black Bay, I genuinely had to do a double take at the price. Compared to similar watches I’d seen elsewhere online, it seemed remarkably good value - especially considering the watch was only just over 12 months old and still had several years remaining on the warranty.

I made an enquiry and, within 30 minutes, Vincent was on the phone talking me through the watch in detail.
Not only was he incredibly knowledgeable and professional, but he was also genuinely enjoyable to speak with. We even discussed a few other watches he had in stock that might suit my budget, although by that point I already had my heart firmly set on this one.

I asked whether it would be possible to see a video of the watch before purchasing, and Vincent sent one over almost immediately. The watch looked absolutely stunning and, importantly, exactly as described. That gave me the confidence to move quickly before somebody else snapped it up.

Ordinarily, Vincent explained that orders placed after 3pm wouldn’t qualify for next-day delivery. My order went through at around 3:15pm, but he still went above and beyond to make sure the watch was dispatched for delivery the very next day. That level of customer service is increasingly rare and genuinely appreciated.

When the watch arrived, it exceeded all expectations. Absolutely perfect - complete with box and papers, in fantastic condition, and every bit as beautiful as I’d hoped.

The watch has already become a very welcome addition to my collection and, honestly, I suspect it will spend more time on my wrist than other watches ever have.

I genuinely cannot fault the service, the condition of the watch, or the value for money. The entire buying experience was exceptional from start to finish. I will absolutely be considering my next purchase from Vincent.

Just bought an OMEGA Seamaster Railmaster 38mm Watch. It is first class condition, exactly as advertised. I ordered it online in the evening, it was posted the following day, arrived the morning after that (today, Friday March 20), and was beautifully and carefully packed. Vincent kept me up-to-date about the progress of the order. If only all online transactions could go as well as this.
