This product does not work as advertised. It's a hit and miss on the settings. Perhaps more detailed instructions would help. Also the stimulation is nowhere near the advertisement. Gel pads do not last more than 3 weeks. It is NOT as advertised!

Do not buy any products they sell. Scammers”. Products never turned up. Paid on 31/12/23 and still waiting. No shipping confirmation or receipt for proof of purchase.

This company is a scam! They sent me two products that don't work and they have the worst customer service. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! They wouldn't refund me after my products wouldn't work and I even had to send them videos of it not working. Save your money!

SCAM I used a link from a well know influencer and never got the product. I’ve contacted the company and the influencer and no response from her and now now response from the company. People like this are horrible.

Received the product. Does not work...only red light turns on!! Contacted customer service via email "ONLY" way to contact a person. They will not give me my money back!!! Im so upset!! I work hard for my money for it to go down the drain for some made in China product...smh!! Im so pissed!!!

Cheap, packaging cheap. I knew as soon as I got it a hoax. Didn't even turn on and the company is stating won't refund!

This sh** doesn’t work. When I emailed customer service asking why it wasn’t working or for more proper instructions they just sent me a whole new machine for free- STILL NOT WORKING.. when I reached out again several times I got no response. I guess I’m glad I spent only $37 on it and nothing more.

Customer Service was TERRIBLE!!!! I never received my product and they continued to give me the same automated message when I reached out for a refund.

Had high hopes but this product was a let down. The power packs do not work, gel on the actual product was dried when I opened it. Doesn't stick. Doesn't work. Wasted my money sadly. Attempted to contact company with no luck. No answer to phone calls or emails.

It is garbage , total scam, I was so embarrassed that I fell for the product . The pads are flimsy and cheaply made, how are you even supposed to turn the butt remote on once its placed there , makes no sense at all.I told them I will send it back and want some refund any thing.

It’s a scam do not buy!. I bought the £60 bundle and on the website there was no health restrictions I’ve been isolating since 2020 due to Covid as I have a heart condition and wanted to do some exercise. There was no health warnings, when I opened the leaflet it said heart attach,blood clot,may cause death and not to use if you have a heart condition! I asked for a refund as it’s all In the packaging never worn and they said no they don’t do returns when on the website they said they do returns! On the website it said it’s safe but clearly not!

Guys be careful, I bought their product and everything was fine was a little while and then after a month or so the product did not work anymore, I tried changing the batteries and bought extra pads and still it wouldn’t work/stick properly! Okay so I emailed them and no response, I went in the website and left an inquiry and no response! They will not reimburse or give you customer service for their faulty products at ALL! Thats why it’s always on sale! I honestly really regret buying from them, I have all the email/inquiries I have sent them and never got any answer

I never received my products. I had emailed them multiple times addressing this, as well as the person who had advertised it in the first place, but I was ignored by both parties. I was excited to try it but I was let down phenomenally. I never even got my money back after I asked. I am appalled and disgusted that this is how they treat their customers. I have informed all my friends, family and followers on social media to stay clear of their “business”. Heads up this is not how you run a business, it’s how you run a scam. So don’t order from them.

I can feel that I was working out while weraing your product. It is quite surprise.

I am so surprised how powerful something battery operated can be. You can definitely feel the muscles contract even on the lowest setting.
Very convenient to travel with.
