**Extremely Disappointed with MY-CPE's Recent Technology Failures**

I've been using MY-CPE for my continuing education requirements as a CPA, and while their technology platform used to work seamlessly, my recent experience has been nothing short of frustrating.
The main issue started when I planned to use their iPhone app during a road trip to complete some courses while traveling. Despite having a strong internet connection, the app repeatedly displayed an "Internet Connection Not Found" error message. I tried all the basic troubleshooting steps - restarting my phone, deleting and reinstalling the app multiple times - but nothing resolved the issue.
What made this experience particularly disappointing was the complete lack of effective customer support. When I reached out for help, the support team assured me they would "send it up the flagpole" and that someone would follow up with me. That follow-up never came. Their only suggestion was to use the full web version on my iPhone browser, but that didn't work properly either. The mobile browser experience was clunky and essentially unusable on a phone screen.
The irony is that the website works perfectly fine on my laptop, but that defeats the entire purpose of having a mobile app. The whole point of offering mobile access is to provide flexibility for professionals who need to complete their CE requirements while traveling or away from their computers.
For a company that specifically serves busy professionals who need convenient access to continuing education, having a non-functional mobile platform is unacceptable. The fact that their customer service made empty promises about addressing the issue only adds insult to injury.
Until MY-CPE fixes their mobile functionality and improves their customer support response, I cannot recommend their services. There are other CE providers out there with reliable technology that actually works when you need it to. Very disappointed with what used to be a reliable service.

I appreciate Customer Service reaching out from this review. I sent them the same thing I sent to customer service when this first happened. They reviewed their systems and granted the credit that was earned. I've increased the rating which more accurately reflects my overall experience with this CPE site.
Their system did not recognize my completion of a live 4-hr webinar I attended (and answered every polling question, and commented in the chat). I contacted them and gave them all the information I had. They did not rectify the situation and only offered that I take the course again. Very frustrating! I am looking for a different CPE provider with better, more stable and reliable systems.

Richard was professional, courteous, patient and extremely helpful. He called me he promised after 5:00p.m to ensure that I got setup. That really meant a great deal to me that he took the time. H seems to really be a person of integrity

The seminars are outstanding. However, I am not able to complete the evualation as it will not record my voice no matter what I do. I have to call each time for my certificate after I complete the evualation.
I need help in recording my voice otherwise I will have to keep calling you each time.
