You Get So Much Value

You get so much for the value they provide. I have used expensive trainings, which are also good, but if I had known about this course services, I would have saved $$$. I appreciate their level of support as well. Their customer service is amazing as well.

Anna was very helpful!

I was inquiring about a free 2 hours CPE course that was advertised online and as I was trying to access it, it was requiring a payment. My immediate reaction was that this is a click bait to attract customers but then Anna stepped in and helped me to be able to access the course and was very helpful throughout the process.

Name Changed..

I think when I renewed my subscription for the next 3 years, my "first" name must've been changed to include my last name as well, so my last name was on the completion certificate twice (once with my "first name" and once as my "last name"), so I would make sure procedures don't update the "first name" to include the last name as well.

I did notice that my last name was on the completion certificates twice, but I couldn't update my "first name" for whatever reason on my side.

Happy the the response and the quick turnaround with fixing the problem within 24 hours.

The on demand videos are not loading

The on demand videos are not loading. I am trying to get my cpe done before the end of the year and I lost two hours yesterday when the videos wouldn't load and I'm losing time again tonight because they won't load. It seems as if they do not have the bandwidth to support the amount of users. Additionally, there is no support available on the weekends to deal with technical difficulties. I would not recommend them at all, but especially if you need to use them during busy times such as year end.

Great Customer Support

Steven was very helpful via chat, enabling me to renew my membership and add two more employees. I kept seeing a "no network available" message and wondered if I was losing the connection, but he stuck with me and everything was taken care of. The renewal and new enrollments went very smoothly and quickly!
