Levering is goed, kwaliteit van het product minder omdat het slot moeilijk te regelen was.Misschien een klein foutje dat stroef loopt maar wel kan opgelost worden..Idee en concept zijn wel goed . En klein en handig in gebruik.
Helm past er ook goed in...

Waardeloze slotjes
Mijn eerste lokko gekocht op fiets en wandelbeurs, na 2 keer gebruiken slotje kapot... Wil niet meer openen. Een nieuwe opgestuurd gekregen, na 1 keer gebruik wil het slotje weer niet openen. Ik had deze keer wel heel goed erop gelet dat ik niet per ongeluk de cijfercode veranderde. Het is echt het mechanisme volgens mij na sluiten en aan de wieltjes draaien dat het slot blokkeert. Advies: gebruik het oorspronkelijke slotje niet en hang aan de andere kant gewoon je eigen slotje. Goed concept, vriendelijke persoon achter het bedrijf, maar de slotjes zijn echt waardeloos

Jammer om te zien dat je ons toch 3 sterren geeft. Ik heb echt geprobeerd je zo goed mogelijk te helpen en meteen een nieuw product naar je opgestuurd. We doen er alles aan om dit netjes op te lossen.
Dit lijkt helaas pure pech te zijn. Bij de meeste klanten werkt het slot zonder problemen. Wat soms kan gebeuren is dat de cijfercode per ongeluk verandert wanneer het haakje wordt ingedrukt terwijl er aan de wieltjes wordt gedraaid. Dat is helaas al een paar keer gebeurd dus het slotje gaan we nu aanpassen.
Dank je wel voor je feedback, we nemen dit zeker mee om het product verder te verbeteren. Mocht ik nog iets voor je kunnen doen, laat het gerust weten.

Problems with the lock but excellent customer service
I have problems with the lock. At a certain point it didn't take the code so it couldn't be opened. I contacted Lokko and I received immediately response and suggestions on how to solve the issue. I received a new Lokko but after a week the same problem appeared. I've cut the lock itself and replaced it by a lock with a key, so I can still use the Lokko bag. I informed Lokko and again I received a response.
So although the lock is not optimal, I have the feeling they listen to the feedback and are willing to investigate this. So the customer support is great!
The Lokko bag itself is a good way to store the helmet instead of dragging it around. If they optimize the lock system, it is a perfect way to keep your helmet safe and dry.

thank you for the nice words about the excellent service. But of course the issue with you product is very bad luck. In some cases this occurred and everyone who faced the problem I helped with everything I could. I even came to customers their house who live nearby. In your case the best solution was to send a new one for free.
I agree with you last sentence, because right now we are improving the lock in order to make the product is great! Continuous improvement and excellent customer service will make Lokko a good company.

I edit my 1-star review from Mar 9. The dispute has been settled to my satisfaction, I got a full refund and a reasonable explanation for what went wrong. I cannot review the product and am still frustrated about that, but I can now give 4 stars for the polite tone of communication and effort by the makers of Lokko to deal with the problems encountered. I will definitely try and order the product again at a later point of time.
Original review:One star only because there is no zero star option. After extensive communication and promises regarding my pre Christmas order the Lokko bag as of March 9 still has not arrived - although a mail of Feb26 announced that it was out for delivery, citing the correct address. I feel scammed.

We spoke on the phone already. Again no need to feel scammed. You ordered a pre-order which took some more time because of a delay. I'm sorry for that. Also when all pre-orders went out for shipment, you where the one with bad luck because the package returned to us (the sender) somehow. I didn't know what happend. You told me your patience is over and I fully understand. Because of that I refunded you the money immediately.

Really love the product
Really love the product, have been using for a few weeks now and it’s helpful keeping my helmet dry and not having to carry it with me any time I leave my bike. It’s an easy way to make safety a priority for me.

De lokko is heel handig om je fietshelm in op te bergen en vast te maken aan je fiets, zodat je hem niet overal hoeft mee te zeulen. Groot van formaat, dus elk type fietshelm past erin. De lokko is vanaf nu mijn beste fietshelmmaatje.
