I had ordered a couple times and now all of a sudden because its a newer account they cant process the order..?? Ive purchased 4 ounces already..
Then they said they don't want any new customers at this time.... not sure if I'd been fed a line or not but I will be taking my business elsewhere... as well as anyone I know that has ordered from here. Very disappointed!!

I don't know if they are still active or not? Because I sent them many emails but no response. Maybe I asked about affiliate marketing commission payments so they avoided it?

It has been months now and they still have not paid our affiliate commissions.

Shitty weed and customer service

Crap place to order from. Sent a email of good weed that came out. It was all bottoms of the bag asked for a exchange/ more on a order and they want to charge 36$ bags to send it back. Normally get 2-4 ozs at a time and told me to bad. Lost my business and word of mouth to friends

We've ordered from 28grams since they started, a long time, and lately there's just been nothing but mistakes on our orders. Tonight we've decided to take our 2,400 a year habit together and spend it somewhere else. I know, don't judge. Their customer service is ignorant because they ignore our emails related to their sloppy service. The weed I find is not of great quality when you can go to a government store and buy for $65 at 12% THC and it be it better than their claimed, untrue 24% THC, $79. We've also found seeds in our smoke and explains the headaches I was getting from smoking male plants. To be fair they might have corrected this, but beware of that anyways. The last straw was tonight with the labeling on bag ripped off and ignoring our email with the picture we sent. I don't trust them anymore and how do I know what I order is what they say it is. We've given them plenty of chances and this was the last. If you want to ignore customer emails, that is inexcusable and disrespectful, anywhere, anytime. I will give my business to a businesses that appreciate their customers.

I use to order from these guys every 2 weeks, but will never order from them again. The last 4 bags I got were "top shelf" strains. 2 of them are almost full still sitting in my container because the taste was horrid, it didn't even taste like weed and when it burned it crackled everytime, I noticed that from the last 4 bags. As I said, they use to be good but have definitely gone down hill over the last few months. Don't waste your money with these guys. There's better out there

I bought some zoomies and an Oz of the Tom Ford and May long weekend was Lit! My friend got so high he got lost in the woods and we had to stop him from having sex with a tree hahahahaha

This is by far the best place I have ever boughten weed from. The customer service was unbelievable, she went over and beyond to help me with everything i needed, gave me great selections of weed to choose from and even let me know about preference exchanges if I needed it. Delivery came reasonably fast and the driver was polite. Definitely got really stoned off my product and will be coming back for more . I highly recommend smoking the platinum kush breath 🔥🔥🔥

Wish I could give them 0 star. The person whom I chat today didn’t have at all knowledge of what they are selling.i asked whether the stuff has tight density and sticky texture but the person on chat replies ‘ I haven’t tried it’ ..lol,,, you have to have an idea of what you are selling Doesn’t matter if you have tried it or not. I found something reliable to me and I requested if I could receive the stuff in an hour and I was responded that it will take 90 minutes to be delivered but I waited for 2 hours but the never arrived. Eventually canceled the order. :(

I order once a week or more and product is excellent every time. And believe me I’m super super picky! The cust service is superb also. Very quick delivery time & choice menu. And unlike most the PICTURES ARE REAL.

This is my 3rd ounce at $149 and its pretty much the same story. I wish i could post pics, much alike the amazing appearance, the smell taste and free even burn were there as always. This time i went with Pink Tuna (organic). Did not look anything like the pic on the website, but thats ok cuz it looked as good maybe better. They havent had any $79 ounces but they do have many selections in the other 3 price categories. As always they made good on their 2 hour guearantee. Which is nice cuz they came all the way to Okotoks to meet me

I have used my28grams.co quite a few times and have flawless delivery.
I have never seen thier $79 or $99 in stock so not a big selection, but I order thier $129 or $149 and the quality is top notch. The same stuff I have found and ordered on different sites for quite a bit more. The only reason I don't buy exclusively here is because I like some more variety.
The best part is you pay in cash when they arrive at your door so no risk of scams.
