I've been using this website for my new jewelry making business, for the last few months. Everything I have ordered has been great quality, shipping is so fast! The only downside I have is the customs charges on top of the shipping fees kind of suck. That being said, I will continue to use mybeadsfindings until I find something closer to home

I love this website! I make jewelry and keychains as a side business and rarely shop anywhere else anymore. This is where a lot of amazon sellers buy from (it's literally exactly the same), but it's SO MUCH CHEAPER without the markup of the middle man. The shipping does take longer - about 3 weeks for the cheapest one - and there's no free shipping. But if you're willing to wait, you'll get Way more for Way less! It's like Hobby Lobby and the dollar store had a baby. Or pay a little extra for faster shipping and still definitely come out on top anyway. Tip: if you're getting some larger, lighter-weight items, the shipping for smaller denser items is practically free because they start going by volume instead of weight at some point. They have a HUGE variety - tons of pendants, super cute rings and bracelets, yarn, nail decorations, stencils, jewelry display stands, and beads from plastic animals and fuse beads for kids to gorgeous real stone and handmade lampwork. Most of their stuff is great quality or, if you're buying like bulk beads for kids for example, exactly the quality you expect when you buy it. I've bought dozens of things from them and only been disappointed twice, once of which was on me (looked like metal, was made of plastic and it totally said that). Also, I was shocked at how fabulous their customer service is. There are little buttons on a lot of the pages (at least for beads and pendants) that say "I want mixed products" and "I want smaller lots." I once clicked on the mixed products one and suggested they do a mix with all of their pendants that say navy wife, marine mom, air force, army, etc, thinking maybe there was an off chance they'd look at it but honestly fulling expecting to never hear or see anything. I was pretty excited when about a week later I got an email saying they had put together a mix with not only the military words I'd suggested but the statue of liberty, a flag, an anchor, a military-looking plane, handcuffs that say freedom for cops, and several others. 10 each of 13 different pendants, so 130 good quality, detailed metal pendants in a thoughtful mix for $4.50. I am so impressed! This is definitely one of my favorite places to shop!

They have a great selection. I received my order quickly and I was very pleased with the quality. I will be ordering exclusively from this company.

I placed my first order and was really happy with everything I ordered. Products were as seen in photos and I received much sooner than expected considering I used snail mail. I will definitely order again.

Items received nothing like the ones shown in the listing. Terrible customer service, will only offer a 10% refund for an item that is incorrect. Avoid at all costs.

Love ordering my beads from here. It’s like one stop shop with is really helpful when your ordering a bunch of different beads! Definitely recommend them. The ONLY downfall is how expensive shipping is and sometimes it can take a while to get here. But other than that they are great

So far I have had a pleasant experience. I plan on definitely ordering more. The only thing I would change is I wish they would expand more into selling stationary accessories as well. Because it would be me one stop shop.
