Angefangen mit der Bestellung,dem…
Angefangen mit der Bestellung,dem Testkit ,dem Versand (14 Tage aus Deutschland) und der Auswertung (40 Seiten) bin ich sehr zufrieden..
Die Auswertung wirft allerdings einige Fragen auf...Enterotyp 1 (ich esse kaum Fleisch)okay wahrscheinlich aus der Kindheit oder genetisch bedingt.
Dann aber ,ich habe chron.Darmentzündung trotzdem ist bei Entzündung alles okay.
Ich habe Rheuma ,trotzdem ist bei Arthritis alles okay.
Ich soll top fit sein,bin aber oft müde und abgeschlagen..
Einige Ergebnisse stimmen mit meinen Empfinden überein.Ich vertraue dem my Bioma Team und werde die Empfehlungen versuchen umzusetzen...
Insgesamt bin ich zufrieden und finde den Preis des Test sehr gerechtfertigt.

Es ist verständlich, dass einige Ergebnisse in der Auswertung Fragen aufwerfen, insbesondere bezüglich der Diagnosen wie chronische Darmentzündung und Rheuma. Es kann unterschiedliche Gründe geben, warum bestimmte Werte trotz dieser Diagnosen als "okay" angezeigt werden. Dies könnte durch individuelle genetische Merkmale, Ernährungsgewohnheiten oder andere Faktoren beeinflusst sein.
Zudem können beispielsweise Nahrungsergänzungsmittel, die zur Verbesserung von Entzündungen eingenommen werden, während der Analyse die Momentaufnahme des Tests verfälschen und "perfekte Werte" vortäuschen.

Empfehlenswert!
Nach unzähligen Arztbesuchen, Ernährungsumstellungen und sonstigem Hokuspokus weiß ich endlich, warum meine Verdauung meinen Alltag so lange unerträglich gemacht hat… Bin bei meiner Recherche auf die Firma myBioma und ihren Mikrobiom-Test gestoßen und bin wirklich dankbar für die umfassende Analyse und die hilfreichen Empfehlungen. Hätte schon beinahe die Hoffnung aufgegeben, dass sich je was ändert an meiner Gesundheit, aber den Test kann ich wirklich jedem empfehlen!

War am Anfang skeptisch was das Produkt anbelangt.
Bin über eine gute Freundin auf die Tests aufmerksam gemacht worden.
Also ,Versuch gestartet und muss sagen - bin bisher sehr zufrieden.
Bestellung lief unkompliziert,Test Kit wurde recht flott zugesandt.
Der Ablauf ist gut und verständlich erklärt.
Hatte dann doch noch einige Problemchen mit der Aktivierung.
Dank der tollen Hilfe einer super lieben und verständisvollen Mitarbeiterin beim Kunden Support konnten alle Fragen schnell gelöst werden 😀.

Very poor delivery and service
I have to echo the comments I see here. I ordered my test and it had the wrong address. I immediately contacted them to change it and the customer service is so unbelievably slow and ineffective. They told me it had been changed, then I got a confirmation that its going to the wrong address, so I asked them again, of course nothing has arrived. Avoid this company and its tests.

Charged 50% of purchase price in customs fees.
Ordered two weeks ago, said delivery is free. Received a customs bill today for £51.50. I don’t think they filled out the customs form correctly because the value of the item being shipped is close to nothing, it’s a plastic test kit, the price paid is for the service of the testing. But they must have stated the value of the shipped item as above the vat and duty threshold which meant I’d pay VAT as included in the purchase price plus another £51.50 to handle UK customs.
Not accepting package. Will have to pester for a refund. They should disclose that they don’t cover duty which may cost an additional 50% of the testing price. At the new price they aren’t competitive. Zoe is a better deal.
They should also work on accurately filling out the shipping forms, the test kit is likely €5 of the cost, so the duty forms should reflect the same.
What a waste of time and a new annoyance of having to chance for the refund and then find another provider. Don’t buy from here if you live in the UK, or ask them if they can provide information on import fees prior to purchase.

No tracking system for delivery of sample! They told me it’s arrived after I send an email to CS! After a week I received an email that it’s arrived! Now they DELETED MY ACCOUNT! And of course the problem it’s IT!
Horrible company! Never buy anything from them! How can you be sure They analyse your simple if they are even incapable of taking care of their logistics flows? I’m afraid to imagine how their Labo looks like

The company offers orders in…
The company offers orders in Switzerland but in top of the price you will be charged DHL custom fees; also shipment of the sample to them is not free from Switzerland to Austria (34 ChF total on top if the price of the kit). On top of this, results are not fast. No advantage at all for Swiss customers!

Within the EU we ship free of charge, but unfortunately we have to charge for deliveries to Switzerland, because of high customs costs.
We have of course refunded the shipping costs that you were unfortunately charged at the post office for the return shipment. Of course, this should not have happened, as we cover the costs for the return shipment.
It is of course understandable that you would like to receive the result quickly. However, as described on our website, analysing the sample is very complex and time-consuming, which is why it takes several weeks to complete the analysis.

In der Auswertung steht dass ich wenigere Fleisch essen soll.
Ich esse gar kein Fleisch und Produkte die mit Tieren zu tun haben ( Ei, Honig, Milchprodukte ) ich bin seit 5 (!!) Jahren vegan!
Ich muss wenigere Fleisch essen… hm…

es tut uns sehr leid, dass du enttäuscht von deiner Auswertung bist!
Es kann tatsächlich auch vorkommen, dass Leute, die sich schon länger vegan ernähren, zum Enterotyp 1 gehören. Dieser deutet ja eigentlich darauf hin, dass man oft Fleisch isst. Der Enterotyp entwickelt sich aber bereits in der früheren Kindheit und ist dann bis ins Erwachsenenalter meist recht stabil. Auch kann der Enterotyp genetisch bedingt sein. Es sagt oftmals auch auch mehr darüber aus, was man gut verstoffwechseln kann und nicht unbedingt was man so isst. Es ist also keine Seltenheit, dass zum Beispiel auch Veganer, die in ihrer Kindheit jedoch Fleisch gegessen haben, den Enterotyp 1 aufweisen.

3 months waiting for results since i paid for the test. Took nearly 6 weeks for them to receive the sample and then miraculously found it when i wanted a refund, its been 6 weeks now and still no results..A joke of a service, wouldn't recommend them at all.
Still nothing and sample is gone since January , do not use this service as its pathetic

After the sample finally arrived, it was sent immediately to the laboratory for analysis, which, as described on our website, takes several weeks due to the technology involved. Lost sample, bad customer experience
I could not use the code that was supplied, when I contacted them they said that "Unfortunately, your sample was discarded because it was lost in the laboratory." Then they only offered to send me a new one. If I had not contacted them it looks like they would not have informed of what happened. They offered me a free e-book with recipes for the inconvenience
