I used Brick Buddies to create a unique gift for my wife at Christmas time which she absolutely loved. I have no hesitation in recommending them and would definitely use them again.
Amazing product. They email you with the design before shipping it out and it was made perfectly! Couldn't recommend it more
Great product, perfect design, beautiful packaging. We enjoyed composing.
It looks great and was fun to put together with eachother.
Shipping Box and box for item was soaking wet, and could not be salvaged upon arrival. I sent pics of the box and how it should have been wrapped in plastic outer wrapping and shipped. I have been trying to get this addressed as it was a gift and getting no where. The concept is good, but I am not happy with how the product arrived and the customer service to resolve the issue.
*** To clarify a response from the company below- There is a mailbox, a large one that the package would have fit in without an issue. The mailbox was not used! I sent pictures of the soaking wet damaged box. This was a gift to be given and I cannot give the gift in this condition. I asked for a supervisor to get a better resolve and I am still waiting. Not just a packaging issue. Its now become a customer service issue as well. ****

Not only was it poor packaging. The reply to my initial review was a lie and misleading information. Posted I did not have a mailbox, when in fact I do. Then story changed to say its on the carrier. When in fact the problem started with poor packaging of the order. The problem got worse with the customer service, lies and incorrect information. I asked for a supervisor and I am still waiting for that info.
I would not recommend this company and if I do not hear back from a supervisor and get a resolve to the issue, I will leave further reviews and contact better business bureau to file a complaint.

Hi,
The delivery placement was handled entirely by the courier, based on their assessment at the time of delivery. Even if a mailbox was present, the final decision on where and how the package was left belongs solely to the courier, not to us as the sender.
Our responsibility is to ensure that the order is properly packaged and handed over to the courier in perfect condition, which was done in this case. The product itself is intact, as it is made from ABS plastic, a water-resistant material, and was securely packed inside protective inner packaging.
Once the parcel is with the courier, the execution of the delivery is outside our control.
In this case, the delivery issue must be raised directly with the delivery company, as only they are able to review and take responsibility for the driver’s delivery decision.

I ordered the set of customised figurines on mybrickbuddies.com. After ordering everything went smoothly except the processing speed. After the design was confirmed I had to wait for a while till the order was sent. All this waiting time made me suspicious. The order was sent from China (!!) with the delivery company that mostly had negative reviews on trustpilot (as well as the Shopify platform that hosts this shop). Mybrickbuddies.com didn’t have any reviews. I wasn’t expecting anything good after all. But the order was delivered! To say I was surprised is to say nothing. The figurines are great, the quality is very good. The instructions are only digital, you scan the qr code included in your package.
I would recommend this company but prepare yourself to wait approximately a month to get your customised product.
