Looks like a fell for the scam. They sent the order which arrived just as I was leaving on holiday even though I asked them to send it the following week when I returned. Fortunately we could move the tiles indoors but when we got back realised that they looked nothing like bricks and in accordance with distant selling regulations cancelled the order within 14 days. Since then, no response and in particular they have a charge in their terms which is illegal. You cannot charge for re-stocking as it contravenes Regulation 34 (8) of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Clearly they are getting away with this. I will of course take further action as it will give me something to do.

SCAM - over 6 months later, no communication from this company. Paid over £1000 for products that were not all delivered.
Do not use them! They responded to a previous bad review but then never followed up our query!

After several emails and my bad review the customer service dept at MyBrickWall finally woke up. They got on the case of my missing order and it arrived this morning as promised along with a full refund. So thank you to MyBrickWall for finally coming through. I suggested that they add a phone number for customer service to make the process of ordering a lot simpler.
Unfortunately my order this morning was quite damaged so its looks as if a lot of the problems are with the manufacturer and delivery rather than the sales site.

I placed an order in January and never received the items, I have been chasing since and have been ignored each and every time. Disgusting customer service. Very disappointed.
