Mycabinbed Avis 50

Ordered and paid for a bed, and a while later they said it was on route. I received a tracking code but when I phoned UPS they said it hadn't been received.
Pretty sure they've gone bust. All emails and phone calls are being ignored.

Orderd a cabin bed months ago, marked as despatched 4 weeks ago. When i went on ETSY to leave the seller a message, they have been removed. Went on the My Cabin Bed website and it is down for 'maintenance'. I don't know where the bed is, or if they are even trading still. I wouldn't order from them now incase.

We were very pleased with our house bed, great quality wood, great communication and received when expected. I was a little nervous ordering after seeing similar websites selling house style beds that had awful reviews but I would completely recommend this company.

I bought a house bed and was unsure at first as there where no reviews. However 10/10. ! Forget about buying any other house bed because this is legit the best! Quality 10/10. Was easy to assemble and feels very steady ! I’m very happy worth the. Price ! Delivery took about two weeks. But very happy. !

Lovely style bed, very pleased with it.
Only 4 stars due to incorrect colour but was very quickly rectified and instructions a little confusing as wasn’t for the small double we ordered. However, very minor hiccups and well worth the money!!

Our little one started to refuse her cot as 1yo so we had no other option than getting a low toddler bed, which she loves! The one from mycabinbed has simple unfussy yet creative design. Lovely style and material. Great communication and reliable delivery. Zero complaints, highly recommended.

The bed is great. All wooden details are polished smoothly, the manual is acceptable. The only thing I would improve is to make holes for the details that support the planks, dunno why there were no holes premade for them.

Ordered the bed, it came really quickly, had some difficulty dealing with UPS, but generally OK,
Assembly instructions were good but had a couple of unclear points that would have a been a bit tricky, but customer service was great! Piotr was on WhatsApp taking me through various steps and helped out with any questions. Most personal customer service I ever had with a furniture company!

Only reason for not giving 5 stars, We got the small double version of a bed with a sliding bed beneath it expecting the sliding bed would be small double or at least standard single but it turned out to be quite narrow due to the middle support the small double needed (would not be an issue for single bed) , but this fact and dimensions for the sliding bed were not specified in website. Some thing they could improve on.

I absolutely love my little boys new bed. It looks great and he loves sleeping in it. It wasn't the easiest to build, but I got there in the end. Communication with Piotre was exceptional. I experienced some issues and delays (thanks Brexit!) and Piotr was always there at the other end of a message or call. If it wasn't for the delays and tricky instructions it would be five stars!

When the bed arrived there was a piece damaged and the communication from mycabinbed was amazing. They got in touch straight away and sent me the required piece with no extra charge. The bed itself is stunning as well. Would highly recommend!

Great customer service and a wonderful product. Arrived quicker than expected and didn’t take long to put together, very sturdy and well made!! My son loves it!!
