Awesome product! I was hesitant to try it, but I’m glad I did! Great pull, felt like vaping but not and the pop is genius! The flavors are so good! I love the mint and the orange!
I love it and I’m thankful that someone put a lot of care into their product! If you’re on the fence about buying one, jump! You won’t be sorry!

The device itself is really neat! It pulls like a typical throw away vape. The battery lasts forever- but one major, major flaw- every flavor pod I ordered has menthol. No where did it say that strawberry or pineapple had mint added yet it is! I hate that therefore my $80 purchase is useless to me.

I just sent in for a refund and will wait until I hear back from customer service to rate my experience. But this vape is very clunky. Especially for a woman let alone a small woman. It took a lot of effort to inhale and it’s bulky. Not something you could just throw in your back pocket. I got dizzy just trying to get a hit on the lowest setting.

Capnos changed my life for the better, i have been a vaper for almost 15 years, and this made me quit vaping.

husband and I done a lot of research upfront and finally committed to the investment. Package arrived quickly and very well packaged. Assembly was easy with the packaged instructions. We bought the bundle with one of each vape styles since we like a different hit. My husband is more a throat hit and I am more a mouth to lung so we figured the bundle would offer us both what we need and save a few bucks compared to buying each one separate. We were not able to get the Legura working and contacted customer support via email and they were very responsive and worked to find a good solution for us. While sometimes products don't work or work differently for others, the customer support really pulled through to create a good experience.

I just received my Capnos Legura. After smoking cigarettes for 30 years, I started vaping Nic salts for about a year now. I started vaping 5 mg Nic salts and am currently down to 1.2 mg. My next step was to try something with no nicotine so I purchased the Capnos which I thought would give me some level of a throat hit. I am highly disappointed after spending $75 for the kit. I have followed the instructions and watches multiple videos to make sure I was using it correctly and I feel that this was a total waste of money. I do taste some flavoring but otherwise I feel like I’m just inhaling air. Not the slightest bit of a throat hit like I was expecting.

I’m sharing this as a UK customer so others can make an informed decision before ordering from CAPNOS.

I placed an order to be delivered to my UK address. Because timing mattered, I contacted CAPNOS before dispatch to clarify the delivery timeframe and the possibility of expedited shipping. From there, what should have been a straightforward purchase turned into a long back-and-forth.

Across roughly ten days, the issue became a 30-message email thread. The parcel was eventually marked as delivered, but it had not been delivered to my address. I was asked to check with household members, neighbours, building areas, and possible safe places, which I did. The tracking available to me did not show clear proof that the parcel had actually been delivered to me.

What was most frustrating was not just the delivery failure itself. Courier issues can happen. The bigger problem was how the issue was handled afterwards. Instead of CAPNOS taking ownership of the situation with the carrier, I repeatedly felt the burden was pushed back onto me.

I had to check the tracking, explain what information was missing, ask them to escalate the issue with the carrier, follow up again after waiting for updates, and point out that the parcel appeared to have been routed to a carrier collection point rather than delivered to my address. In practice, I felt like I was doing much of the investigation myself.

Their replies were polite, but the attitude felt procedural rather than genuinely proactive. They repeatedly acknowledged the inconvenience, but the practical responsibility for chasing, checking, explaining, and resolving the issue still seemed to sit with me. By the time CAPNOS offered a reshipment or refund and waived the outstanding expedited shipping invoice, I had already spent days following up and trying to resolve a problem that I had not caused.

I ultimately collected the parcel myself from the carrier collection point, even though that was not the delivery address I provided and not a location I had chosen or authorised.

For UK customers, this is the main point: if everything goes smoothly, you may be fine. But if there are any problems, my experience suggests you may need to do a lot of the work yourself to get them resolved.

If you are ordering from the UK and do not have time for repeated follow-ups, carrier tracking, escalation requests, and potentially collecting a parcel from a location you did not choose, I would be cautious about ordering.

Based on my experience, CAPNOS’ UK delivery and issue-resolution process is not something I would personally rely on.

The product is fantastic and their customer service is excellent as well! Special thanks to Gift and their customer service for helping me through an issue I was having. This is a great product for anyone that wants to quit vaping, as it provides a realistic throat hit as it advertises. Great experience all around!

Capnos is honestly horrible. There is no feeling of stimulation or anything. Just unflavorful natural oil.

Do not get!

I was so reluctant to pay $75 for a starter kit (LEGURA) but my god it’s the best investment iv made in a very long time! As a former cigarette smoker of 21 years and a vaper for 3 years, I can wholeheartedly say I am 100% happy with this product! After reading some of the reviews, I feel like some people might not get how to suck on it! So don’t hold back thinking you’re going to choke! That will create the ‘popping’ sensation (which doesn’t feel like it’s doing anything), sucking it like your taking one consistent long breath in! Works amazing! I will be doing a video and tagging CAPNOS in the next few days on Facebook and TikTok! Thank you!

Don't waste your money. Cheaply made, overpriced and totally unsatisfying.

Had a slight issue with my LEGURA that I bought from them but I tell you what, one message to their instagram team and boy did they get to work. Fantastic service and helped me straight away. Really prompt reply’s! Cannot fault them at all. Things go wrong and that’s a fact of life, but when you get an aftercare team like these guys, it really does go a long long way. If you’re looking for a brand you can trust, I assure you these are the people to buy from. Thank you!

This company not only sells great products but in addition their team is incredible. I would highly recommend you to try them.

I ordered from CAPNOS after picking out which device I thought would work best. Unfortunately the one I chose was too hard for me to inhale with. I reached out to the company and they not only didn’t ask for me to return it but sent out a new device immediately they thought might work better for me. Again, unfortunately the shipping company kept messing up and the package was delivered a day after I left the area as I was unable to get updates (uniuni was the company and their service wasn’t it.) Once again, I reached out to CAPNOS and they were beyond amazing and very apologetic and easily gave me a refund. I plan to order them through Amazon to a locker pickup location that might work better for me as really this was a me issue, not a them issue. While I haven't been able to fully try their products I’m honestly not even mad. This company goes well beyond for their customers and I will continue to praise them. It’s rare finding humans that care- so when I do I take note. Thank you team once again!

What a joke. A company who states looks like vaping and has probably never vaped before. The ordering process went smooth and since they claimed to have such a high quiting rate, I decided to order extra pods. They state all over that you will 100% money back but they DON'T. First, they don't disclose that if you order pods they are not refundable even though you send it back and if you actually open the box, you have to pay to send the device back. So now I am out $50 for trying a horrible device that claims it's like vaping but NOT even close. It causes me to cough because it gives you less than a second to puff than shuts off, the flavor is a joke, the opening where they Say you can get a puff IS NOT true and their return policy is not as they say. I'm ok with eating the $50 just to be able to let everyone know not to waste your time and DO NOT order pods or open the device if you accidentally bought it because you won't get your money back.
I hope this company gets what it gives to its customers. I would've been gracious on my review but the customer service is a joke. They don't care they just want your money. And they try constantly at checkout to get you to order all these things and try to charge you for them. Beware and don't waste your energy or time with this product. It does NOT work and redinda are horrible.

Capnos has been a great experience for me. It feels more effective and satisfying than other similar products I’ve tried, and I really appreciate how simple and enjoyable it is to use.

I did make an order more than a month ago. The shipping was sent, but some days later it was stuck on the way. Singe then I haven't hot the shipping. I tried to contact the enterprise two times per mail but I haven't got any response from the customer care service. It's not serious. This enterprise is to avoid.

Did not receive a product I paid $150 for. Tried to reach out to customer service regarding this and received no reply and still no product.

I bought a device ahoping to help me on my quit journey, didnt expect to have any success but to my suprise, this was something that pushed me and help me with cravings. Really recommend it
