Great old school mechanical service --- "No upselling " and honest feedback and communications. When an additional fault was found while performing a standard service, I received a call straight away and was given a clear and precise description of the repair and the cost to correct it. And as it was not a critical issue -the option to repair while onsite or to defer to next service. I choice to have it done while car was onsite. Good honest mechanics who know their trade.

The Alexandra Hills store have Friendly…
The Alexandra Hills store have Friendly knowledgeable team, I always use this location for my services. I am comfortable booking my car for a logbook service and leaving a note on any issues i may have with my vehicle, knowing the team will check it out and communicate with me. As a female customer I've never felt like they are trying to dupe me into more than what’s required. I have recommend many of my own family and friends to use this location as a result.
