mycar Tyre & Auto - Banksia Grove Avis 

I have a low pressure warning on a tyre. My wife sends it in and got it fix professionally. The mechanic even did a pressure check on all the tyre. Excellent service provider.

A big thank you to Banksia Grove branch for helping me with my damaged front tire.Both the towing service assistance used by my car and the service I received was fantastic at a time when I was very stressed . Brilliant experience thank you

They never told us over the phone that their eftpos wasn’t working so we couldn’t afterpay! Now we are really struggling for the next month!

Joel and the boys down at my car banksia grove have always looked after me at the earliest convenience and are good price, they don’t over charge like some places!

The initial service and discussion after the service what needed to be done was good no issues. I was told I would receive a call that day with outstanding work needing completed but this did not happen nor did it happen the day after. I then called the day after that and took while for somebody to find out what I was even talking about.
I was then told I’d receive call the next day. Again this didn’t happens and I had to go into store to find out what was going on
All this time my car handbrake is not working and I have a family awaiting a fix to this
Have decided to go elsewhere very poor service. The day I went back in to find out what was going on I did receive a apology from one the managers who said he wanted to take look at my car himself but works at 3 other sites so wasn’t sure when he be at banksia grove, he was very nice as was the guy who serviced the car … clear communication issues or simply
Moving onto another job and forgetting about the previous one unsure tbh - shame as I always before moving went to Mycar joondalup and have never had a previous issue

We’re late getting the tyres in but once they receive them the service was excellent

Great service, only issue was that rear tyres were under inflated at 41 psi when the plate inside the door clearly calls for 48 psi

Positive, friendly service. Reasonably priced and very experienced in what the important needs of my car were. Also went above and beyond to make sure my tyres arrived same day to save me returning back.

Booked in for 2pm appt, but was towed straight there and they got me in as soon as they could.
