mycar Tyre & Auto - Broadway Avis 

It was stated that my tyres were worn out. This wasn’t true and another workshop assessed and passed my vehicle for its annual safety check on the same day. Not great.

I have finally found car peeps that I can trust - I just know that everyone at MyCar Broadway is trustworthy, honest, capable and go out of their way to look after me and my cars. They don't try to onsell a dozen things you don't need - they just help you honestly and wonderfully - thankyou Marco and Julian and the Manager (sorry I don't know your name) for looking after me once again with my logbook service.

I was well looked after by Julien and Marco at mycar Broadway. They promptly fitted me in that day and made sure my car was safe, sound and good to go - immediately before a long journey home following an issue with power steering leak.

My car was tested and taken for a test drive to determine the issue I was concerned about. As it turned out, there wasn’t an issue and as I service regularly with Mycar, there wasn’t no charge which was very good of them. At all times, the reception staff were very professional and courteous.

Whenever I have my car serviced, there are always extra charges.
They do inform me of the reason for the extra charges beforehand, but the frequency with which these extra charges occur is higher than at other garages, so I find myself doubting whether this is genuinely the case.
I also feel that the parts and labour costs are slightly higher.

Had an issue with a punctured tyre late in the afternoon. They managed to slot us in, got on it and addressed it immediately with zero hassles. Great service! Highly recommended!!

The mechanic tried to pull fast on me. He sai that the suspension was leaking and change me almost 1000 to change JUST ONE to approve Pinkslip. I went to another mechanic he said that was Ok and charged 400 to change BOTH including service.

Never go there.
