Sylvio is a great manager to deal with.
He even rememberd our conversation from a year ago that I’d probably pass my car onto my Granddaughters!!

I value honesty and they didn’t rip me…
I value honesty and they didn’t rip me off when they could have.
They fixed up mistakes made by another cheaper alternative.
Next time I’ll go straight to these guys.

It would be 5 stars if the report on…
It would be 5 stars if the report on the service had included the results of the checks done, not just that were done. ie the amount of wear left on brake pads and whether the brake fluid was OK.

Excellent service
Silvio was outstanding in fitting me into getting a roadworthy completed and the team weee clearly thorough with all of their work. I’d recommend mycar Burwood East for anything to do with your vehicle.

No customer service at all
No customer service at all. They are very busy. In order to get more customers it is very important you should have a team to entertain when someone goes to the workshop. Also my title was Mrs instead they mentioned it as Mr. They don't have the time to check the details filled in. Sorry to write my Frank opinion.

4 out of the 5 bolts securing the wheel were loose. Enough said? This could have ended very badly.

Fantastic Service from the staff at My car East Burwood Victoria. Called for a roadworthy appointment, they explained the process, booked me in for the next day. Had the roadworthy certificate and car after lunch. Great experience. We’ll be using them again. Thank you!
