When booking I was told what service the car was due the price of the service. Was notified when extra work was needed to be done and which items could be done next service.

Effective & efficiency service
All staffs on the day were very helpful. They fitted my car for service even I didn't book. Mind you I always book but my daughter decided to drive it to Darwin. I need to be sure it has a proper service

A professional outfit.

The work was done on time
The work was done on time, the staff were friendly and informative. The reason that the service is not 5 stars is that wheel alignment was not performed as part of the standard package. I bought 4 mid priced wheels at a significant price, another $80 for wheel alignment reduces the value of the experience for me, especially when some of the warranty depends on it.

Left lots of pink grease all over the wheels
They had a good turnaround time but left a super thick layer of pink grease on both wheels which they didn't bother to wipe off

My car died in the Chadstone Car Park…. Mycar were brilliant, came located me in the car park, brought the car back to there garage and fixed the car at short notice. Staff were very helpful and understand. Would definitely go back. Thank you

I've been going to MyCar for several years. I have always found the staff to be polite and helpful. The work done for my vehicles logbook service has been reasonably priced and any additional work suggested clearly explained. The location is convenient to me and is a major transport hub. I would have no hesitation in recommending others get their vehicles serviced here.
