mycar Tyre & Auto - Chermside Avis 

I dropped my car in for a service and asked if they checked my tyres in this service .. they said yes .. they called me when it was ready but said it needs a wheel alignment so I said go ahead and do it.. two days later driving to work my dashboard light came up with low tyre pressure.. I called and said I would bring it in after work .. a colleague at work pumped them up so I could get to Chermside .. he said both front tyres were low and noticed a lump in the front passenger tyre which he said get them to look at .. on taking it back they said I needed to replace the two front tyres .. why did it not get picked up in service . Very inconvenient having to go back and also got told that the lump was noticed the day of the service only when I picked it up but they still let me drive off .. I love you guys but this was very disappointing and not sure I want to come back now .. I paid my money but did not get the right service but noticed no money returned 🤔

I booked my car in to get the brake pads and rotors checked. Great service. The guys are very honest and don't make you replace parts which are still ok. Very happy.

The staff were good, however I had a 1 and half hour wait for a part to arrive having given approval approximately 2 hours before.

Very helpful. Helped me replace headlight bulb immediately. Great, friendly communication. Nothing was too much trouble. The kind of customer service I had been used to in the past but not receiving recently.
