They have done it again. So happy.
They have done it again. Outstanding service. And I shall be using them again. Booked the Dmax in, with a noise in the front end when turning left. I drove it in, and then a coupla hours later, come n get it!! The Mighty Dmax is fixed and ready to rock n roll.
Thankyou gang. On this coming Sunday, the Dmax and Van head south, and I am confident all is good. Makes for much more relaxed travelling.

Great customer service!!!
I booked my punctured tyre in to be repaired but when I put the spare on I realised the rim on the original tyre was damaged I must have hit a gutter at some stage😂😂😂 The staff at Coolalinga were so helpful I thought I’d need a new rim but they hammered out the small ding They then put a new tyre on the rim They replaced the spare with the new tyre and put the spare back in the car I asked how much it cost and was told nothing as it was under warranty I argued that it was my fault as I obviously hit something and I should have to pay for their labour at least They wouldn’t hear of it Best customer service I have ever received!! Super efficient and super friendly

Honest team and the best
I was given bad infro from Darwin motor group and they didnt update sticker on screen also. Took car in and Scott called me and said it didn't need a service and he did the right thing and said he would not charge and process a refund. This is why ive been coming there about 7 or 8 years.

The customer service was excellent from…
The customer service was excellent from the first phone call. The cost of the repairs was fair compared to other quotes we received. They went out of their way to fix our car so that we were back on the road in a day. I will take my car to them from now on.

Good service and communication as tyres I ordered arrived a week early - I was contacted and had them fitted the next day. Fitting only took 1 1/2 hours.

Efficiency
Efficiency. Helpful staff. I was in desperate need to use a toilet which was kindly offered to me in my time of need. Plus when unable to bring in my car on the morning off I was allowed to bring in the car the previous day which was very helpful.
