Great people so very helpful. No nonsense just straight forward. The work is always top notch. Highly recommend

Was able to get in the day after I called and they fixed the issue the same day I dropped it off

I done a roadworthy on my car, and I found the fellas to be fast and prompt with their phone call

They fixed a problem as well as service car

The guy in charge went out of his way to help and gave me lots of info about my tyres. I could tell they were snowed under but he still gave me his full attention and was really friendly

My appointment was at 8am and noone showed up until 8:30am with no apology for the wait. I was told over the phone that they should be able to get me done quickly as I was the first in, but they quoted me a longer time on the day and it ended up being another hour than he said. I was getting 4 new tyres and they told me I should get a wheel alignment, I assumed if it was something I needed it would be in the original quote but they charged me extra for it. We did get a good deal on the tyres but other than that I wasn't super happy with the service on the day.

The worst part was that their phone line was faulty and I tried to call to book unsuccessfully for 3 days. I finally had to drive there to arrange a booking for a service.

Apart from that it was very good

Corio store- Connor was amazing , very helpful , explained everything

Items not fixed / looked at.
Was in for a log book service. Made specific mention at time of drop off that there were two or three blown globes which needed replacing.
Picked car up and when check lights (after dark) realised globes were not replaced.
Will need to make another appointment and take time off work to have rectified.

They were very helpful. I had a puncture and they were more than happy to fit me in and fix it

Great service, makes u feel like your important and valued as a customer. Matt answered lots of questions I had and explained in terms I understood in regards to previous issues with my car that even the dealer never mentioned. His knowledge is extensive and his customer service skills exemplary.
