I booked in for 4 new tyres they fitted them and car was ready by 1130am

I will come back again, very happy with the service

Service was great. Checked car over and notified me of anything that needed repairing. All done in fast time with plenty of dialogue to keep me informed

Warren and Marshall were absolutely fantastic from croydon store will reccomend their store to friends and family

Wasnt happy with my last Kia capped service. So was looking for somewhere new, after my daughter used My Car and was very happy i booked my car in.
They came in nearly $200 cheaper than what Kia would have charged me for their capped service. (Which i also thought was more than id ever paid previously with car servicing)
So very happy and will be taking my car back.

The guys at MyCar have been looking after my car for a few years now. There was a small problem and they went out od their way to fix it for me. Great customer service.

I must say , the experience at MYCAR Croydon was outstanding. From the moment I walked in I was greeted kindly. I informed the manger that I had no break lights, he immediately went above and beyond and repaired my lights immediately.
His exceptional customer service and understanding had reassured me that I could get back on the road safely.

The Team at Mycar Croydon are Great, as a female its always hard to find a mechanic that you can trust and who doesn't try to rip you off. Always found this team to be trustworthy and honest and never had an issue with any of their work. Previously been there when I couldnt get my window closed they temporarily fixed it for free until they could get me in the next day to replace it.

My experience with My Car Croydon was fast, easily explained, and honest.

Do not trust mycar. They do poor quality work with cheap brands. They recently charged me $1300 for new brakes and rotors which i have now had to pay someone else to do 12 months later because they either used a cheap brand and didn't install them correctly or never replaced them in the first place as what was on my car is not what they invoiced me for. Their explanation was that i must have put different brakes on even though the new ones they supposedly just put on had a lifetime replacement guarantee which just makes no sense whatsoever. NO ONE ELSE HAD WORKED ON MY CAR EXCEPT THEM. Their customer "care" team does not listen they just dismiss you when you report that one of their stores has blatantly ripped you off. Have since found plenty of other similar stories about these crooks. Just stay away from them they can not be trusted.

EDIT IN RESPONSE TO REPLY: Hi mycar copy and paste reply, thanks for your thoughtful response after carefully reading my review and taking the time to show how much you care about your customers. What a joke. It's ok i have evidence now that the brakes, rotors and service I paid $1300 for was NOT done and have already begun legal action after a long chat with Consumer Affairs. Either just the guys at the shop i went to are running a scam and head office doesn't know or they do and are just covering for them... I will be using every resource to warn as many people as possible about what happened. Who knows how many other people have been ripped off without knowing.
