Tyre replacement
This week I arranged for a new spare tyre for my daughter's BMW car ,as it showed a puncture in one of the tyres. Sanjit was very helpful and took the tyre off to fix it ,also Dale helped fixing a hubcap.
I spoke to Gareith who booked the tyre for us, and
Davin helped when we collected the car.
It was a very hassle free service from a great team
at the East Perth garage. We always come her for the great service.

I had a mixed experience with mycar Tyre & Auto.
The booking process for a tyre puncture repair was very good and efficient. The operator arranged the booking quickly and confirmed a quote of $49 to repair the puncture and reinstall the tyre so the car could be back on the road. I also appreciated that the workshop allowed me to drop the car off earlier than my scheduled appointment so I could get to work on time.
However, when I returned to pick up the car at around 1:30 pm, I was told that two of my old tyres had been replaced with two brand new tyres at the front, and the repaired tyre had been installed at the rear. This came as a surprise because I had not authorised any tyre replacement.
The representative explained that he had mistakenly called another customer to obtain approval for the tyre replacement. I was confused because my number was the only contact listed on the quote.
He offered to change the tyres back to my original ones, but unfortunately I was already in a hurry to pick up my daughter and did not have time to wait for further work to be done. The final bill ended up being around $550, and no discount or compensation was offered despite the mistake.
I was also planning to research and choose a different tyre option later, so this replacement was not something I had intended to do that day.
While the booking and drop-off process were very good, the mistake with the tyre replacement and the lack of resolution left me disappointed.
