mycar Tyre & Auto - Eltham Avis 

I booked the service on-line. I was offered a $100 discount on a logbook service and paid in advance the amount required for the work. I have no reason to believe that the work was not completed satisfactorily but I was advised that the amount that I had paid was inadequate because insufficient time for labour had been included in the amount requested at the on-line booking. I was obliged to pay an additional $99 to complete the transaction. This left me feeling disappointed with the experience and I think that more care could have been taken with preparation of the on-line booking facility.

The staff there are very helpful, respectful and quality mechanics. They go the extra mile to make sure you get the best value for your money. I’ve used them for years and have always been happy with their service.

A last minute tyre replacement just before Xmas and the workshop was flat out! (pun). The staff found a way and squeezed in the job. I was very appreciative as I had a long drive the next day. The team went beyond.

Clear and timely communication of service and part replacement needs for the car. Car was ready on time with a complementary wash.

Chris at Mycar Eltham was so helpful i had my car serviced and it's running so much better now. As well he picked up that I had a chunk out of my tyre which I could not see but know how i did it now. He even put my spare tyre on to ensure im safe till I can get tyres fitted pricing was very good on servicing and took the time to explain everything that was done.
