Big shout out to the Mycar team at Epping Vic for their outstanding customer service!
I had an overheating issue today, and they could not have been more helpful in diagnosing the problem and helping me work out the best solution. Even though the car needed to be towed to the dealership, the team went above and beyond to make a stressful situation so much easier. Truly 5 star service - Thank you 🌟

Poor service E2E
Dropped car off at 9am as requested, then apparently was going to be ready by 12ish, didn't get it till 4pm. On-top, was told I needed 4 new Tyers from a few other money generating BS, only to find out the idiots at the shop didn't grab the right rego so thought I wasn't a previous customer. Then when they knew I purchased new Tyers last year and installed by them , that all went away. Apparently didn't need 4 news Tyers no more. Pathetic money grab, disgusted by the staff and behaviour. Poor and won't be going back to that Mycar, might give another local mycar ago cause I won't let these fools ruin it for the banner group. Anything I wanted don't from Tyer Care warranty felt like a burden to them

Quick Tyre service
Checked my tyres and gave me a correct (no filter) on what tyre is ok and what is not.
Then organised and replaced tyres within 24 hours.

Had an emergency with my car delivered…
Had an emergency with my car delivered on a tow truck. They were very understanding and quickly understood the issue and worked to resolve. All completed within a day and had the car back within a few hours. Outstanding service
