mycar Tyre & Auto - Hartwell Avis 

I’ve had a lot of work done here over the years annd they’ve always done an excellent job as they did this time.

However, the brakes were replaced on my back tires and was very disappointed to notice within a day afterwards that hubcap was missing on one of the back wheels. This has never happened in the 15 years that we’ve owned the car so assuming that the hubcap was either not put back on or was not put on properly because it’s highly coincidental that was missing immediately after the back master cylinder brakes were replaced + a service for $1,500.

I know I should’ve checked the car properly before I left, but I was very disappointed at the lack of interest when I called to find out if it may have fallen off in the workshop. It seemed to take the fellow that answered the phone 5 seconds to check if it was in the workshop, which I don’t believe is possible to even do a proper short check.

Nick & the team at MyCar Hartwell serviced my vehicle (Kia Sportage) on Monday August 17th. They were very professional in their communication, provided prompt & reliable service. Got a great deal on 5 tyres and wheel alignment, had fast and friendly service, am very happy and will be back again in the future, can highly recommend!!

Whilst the Service personnel were nice, I have a few critical feedback items:
1. Inability to diagnose / provide an answer to why my cars inbuilt gps is not working. Told to contact BYD to investigate.

2. No answer as to why my front tyres are bald given it is only 12 months old and only one about 14k

I will be taking the car directly to BYD for servicing as I believe they will be able to do more in terms of the cars electronics

quick and easy change over of a tyre, with good advice on the lifespan of the remaining tyres which saved me some upfront money that I don't need to spend just yet.

They've always been able to fit me in the same day if needed and the work has been of good quality each time. I've got no reservations about continuing to use mycar in the future.
