Mechanic's Honesty.
I had a problem with the engine glow plugs in my VW Passat. The Mycar mechanic diagnosed the problem and advised me that they were not well versed with my German car and suggested following up with a European car specialist.
I did so and had the car repaired.
I am very impressed with the Mechanic's honesty.

I had my car serviced in in only an hour and a half after bringing the car into Mycar and was given polite and professional service and advice about what needed to be done to my rear brakes in a few thousand kilometers time,Chris was very polite and helpful,I’ll be going back again and a very reasonable price.

The manager asked me if I need to do wheel alignment,I said No,Then they didn't do the wheel alignment,but they still let me pay the wheel alignment fees.and I didn't find the wrong,because I always trust them.
