Richard that served me by phone to take the appointment and whilst work was being done was very informative, helpful, friendly and timely. He explained all the benefits of after tyres purchased services available and what to expect next service in reference to an extra part purchase will probably be likely so I can know to expect that next time. Richard often serves when I come and is always very helpful and honest.
