mycar Tyre & Auto - Robina Avis 

Loved that I could drop my car and walk to Robina town centre. I was kept informed along the way, all issues and associated costs were explained to me, but nothing additional was pushed on me. 10/10 service and I will be back!

POOREST of experiences. Ordered 4x New Pirelli P Zero's for my I30N on the 50% off day back in November. At the time I jumped online to see what the price was on your website using my Rego number and result said approximately $400 for each.

I had the tyres fitted last Tuesday 27th January and was charged approximately $880 which included a wheel alignment

On the Thursday following, I looked down at the tyres and noticed that were not the P Zeros I had ordered but Powergy. I called see what the go was and told it looked like there was some kind of 'Mix up" and he'd look into getting the P Zeros and that Id get a call on the Friday.

Never got a call, so I called and spoke to someone else who also suggested that he was aware that there was a "mix up" and that they were still trying to source some P Zeros.

I called again today and was pretty much told to lump it and that there werent any in the state and elluded to the fact I couldnt have what I order. I was told they are worth more now then the other set I purchased in 2023 etc etc. Please, what a crock, I know what the price was when I check the website last year in November when I ordered them.

I found that most competitor websites are selling the Powergy Tyres for well under the $400ea I was charged. Costs ranged between $230-$280.

Talk about being ripped off.

You have now lost at least 3x repeat customers.

I'd give no stars if it was an option.

I don't like surveys or reviews but I have always been very satisfied with the Robina mycar and before that Robina Kmart.

The service was easy to book, additional works were explained clearly, and the work was carried out on time. The team were also friendly and approachable. The car was also cleaned which was an appreciated.

The staff were friendly and answered all my questions promptly. I felt cared for by the company and with the tyre discounts, I had an amazing experience with mycar!

Everyone is helpful and very professional. They gave a me a big relief and confidence driving my newly purchased used car. Kevin is really great at explaining on what needs to be done to my car and very good at giving tips to ensure that we are safe and the car would be road worthy to drive. I highly recommend the shop at Robina.

Great service by the team. They know me by name upon my arrival and they make the whole experience simple and easy.

We got our car serviced there and they didn't put the cover on the air filter properly so my husband had to fix it. Not very impressed.

friendly service，professional works

Despite being busy, they fitted my car in for a new tyre as I had had a blow out and now had no spare tyre available. I was very appreciative of their customer service.

Easy to deal with , they were pretty good on time and dont didnt rip me off like other mechanics

My headlight blew, I rang and even though it was over the Christmas/ New Year period, they fit me in straight away and fixed my light. Great service
