I was in Shepperton recently when I discovered a problem with my car which would have prevented me from returning to Melbourne the following day which would have caused me considerable difficulty.
I spoke to Gordon who immediately acknowledged my difficulty and told me that even though he was short staffed he try to help. This was exceptional in the circumstances as he was booked out.
Gordon rang me before lunch car fixed disaster averted. Still can't believe Gordon's attitude could have easily said to busy try somewhere else

The manager Gorden spark loose him and the place will go backwards well liked and respected in the Goulburn valley nothing is a problem with him and goes out of his way to help customers loose him and IT WILL GO BACKWARDS LIKE OTHER MANAGERS YOU TRIED AND GOT THE BOOT WORTH LOTS OF MORE DOLLARS TO KEEP HIM , AND NEEDS MORE MECHANICS ON STAFF TO TAKE THE PRESSURE OFF HIM TRUST ME I SEE HIM UNDER THE PUMP AND HE WILL CRASH IF NOT GIVEN EXTRA STAFF
